How would you get inside? I didn't see any hardware on the outside? Or does it only open from the inside?
Normally they have small handle or pits for the fingers/hand to grab an push the doors inside, IF they are of course not looked!
They open only frome the inside. They are normaly used for balkonies.

Uh, why do you call that a French door? Because it's manufactured in France? In whole Europe you will find such doors.
We also have "French fries". It is just a name that has been used in North America for a long time.
