The arms are actually on double ball pegs. Found this out while fixing the shoulders. The arms still can't go up that far because the socket for the double ball peg has a downward angle not allowing for much upward movement. You can tell which direction the socket is facing by the flat part on the swivel shoulders. The socket is facing away from that flat portion. He can hold the big BR really well if you have it kinda on his shoulder not on the inside of the arm. With it being the larger BR the scope is taller which puts it perfectly in line with his eyes.

Does the backpack come off? Like I know it probley would but does it tear paint and doe damage to the back?

Anthony, have you taken those legs off yet? That hip design looks a lot like the Shocker Toys Shadowhawk figure I had. Worst joint design ever. The peg that fit into the leg was on an offset bar from the hip. It was guaranteed to break after moving the leg enough times.
