I've experienced a 21x21 mekanism reactor blow up and the explosion radius (around 2-3 times the reactor's size) is nothing compared to what Toast did. Like its blow up range is directionally proportional to it reactor size. So as long as his reactor is smol, it will not affect the town. Tho the nuclear radiation will be a pain in the ahh
