Wow! New sub here! Great recipe my fellow chef! I really enjoy how your dish turned out! I've never thought of pickling my own vegetables but this does look tasty! I found your channel through the UA-cam Cooking Creators Community and I'm so glad I did! Hope to stay connected my friend! 😀
An option, if possible, would be to put some radish greens on top vs. the dill. The purpose of the dill is to keep the radishes submerged. If they aren't submerged, the radish will lose their crunch and get mushy. Wait a few weeks before you try. Will last for a bit in the fridge after that.. Enjoy!!!! UPDATE: Just cracked them open... OMG!! They are fanastic! A crowd favorite...

Thank you!! I enjoy the refrigerator pickles, so much easier to do than yanking out all of my canning stuff.
What a great way to use the daikon! I bet they were really tasty from the pickling liquid! Great job on the editing too🥰
Thank you!!! Refrigerator pickling is so simple vs. the other types. BTW, I am amping up my video editing skills. Thank you for noticing.
Just trying them this week.. OMG!! Talk about flavor... have to keep a constant supply in the house now.. these 3 jars wont last long..
Looking so good- I do love doing a little canning myself
I don't like yanking out the canning stuff often which is why I like these refrigerator pickles
