"I went to the Faroe Islands in October 2019 to experience Hoyma, which means "home" in Faroese." It's a music festival that takes place in the small town of Syðrugøta, where 20 musicians gather in 10 different homes to play music in intimate settings to the Faroese people and very few tourists. It was a magical experience and I'm thankful I was able to experience it. I will go back in the future to document more of the music there."
