For The Pepper Sauce
3 Onions
2 Spring Onions
Hot Pepper ( To taste, I used 16)
Chombo (Paprika) 16
1/4 cup Seasoning cubes
1/8 cup Salt
You will need 1 cup of the Pepper Seasoning Mix for each Catfish weighing about 3kg.

There should be more videos like this to show Ghanaians the various ways in preparing catfish as Chinaman rightly pointed out. Word of caution though on two things in this video: consuming disproportionate amounts of MSG in the Maggi is said to be dangerous, and cooking food in aluminium foil at high temperatures could also be detrimental to one's health.
