Lackawanna Cutoff Andover Station Progress Video Part 11 Culvert Update

Here is a small update on the culvert replacement progress. Unfortunately, I did not have much time to film when I went up there. From what I have heard, the construction company will be bringing in prefabbed pieces of the culvert to complete it. That's why you see the big crane in the video.
If you haven't already, I suggest that you go watch parts 1- 10 of this series. Stay tuned in the next few weeks for another progress video of the Andover Station Lackawanna cut-off.
