I set up everything on a Samsung tablet. It did work fine on an Echo Show 8 but I get the answer on the tablet that cameras don't work on this device. However, I can access the camera live feed without any problems..

@@husondiy it doesn't work on the tablet, just on the Show. I need it on the tablet, though, and don't get why it says that cameras don't work but live view does when I activitate it manually.
Do we need Blink subscription for the video doorbell to show video on echo show 15?
I'm not sure. But thinking about it I don't think you would as you'll be add it to the Amazon Alexa service

Yes. It can only actually show on one at a time anyway. Let me know if you have any other questions, happy to help
@@husondiy is the blink doorbell slower than the ring doorbell in showing the live view?
The stop command as a routine does not work on echoshow 15, I have tried many times and the video just hangs. It may work one time, but not every time, so if the video hangs while you are away, the battery will drain in the doorbell.
Works on echoshow 8, not echoshow 15.
I would test it several times before confirming it works if I was you ben.

Can also use the reolink doorbell ?
Hi there. I can't be 100% sure, but after reading this article I think you should be able to: support.reolink.com/hc/en-us/articles/19805360124569-How-to-Use-Amazon-Alexa-as-Reolink-Doorbell-Chime/
Just use the name of the camera you saved it as in the Alexa app and you should be good to go. Let me know how you get on.... 👍🏻
Hi pal, how much did you pay on prime day for the show 15? Wondering if it’s worth waiting for.
I paid £190 for ours. I think I'd pay £200 tops for it. Decent bit of kit, really useful for the kitchen 👍🏻
Hi. I have this routine set up but it renders the Blink app useless when I’m away from my home. When you follow the notification in the Blink app to the LiveView, it says ‘System Busy’ because it’s showing on my Echo Show at home.
Any solution?
Hi there!! It won't allow you to view in the app and on the Echo Show at the same, it is one or the other, which is a pain!
Did you set a 'stop' count on your routine to stop it showing on the Echo Show after a certain amount of time?
Is it normal the reolink doorbell is hot when plug in?
We don't have that specific doorbell so I'm not sure. Are you using official power supply equipment?
Every I ask my Alexa to show my doorbell it stats the doorbell doesn’t support this any ideas on what that can be ?

Hi there!! Mine seems to be fine still. Will have a proper test this weekend and see what's going on / changed
I changed the command from "stop" to "stop doorbell video".
Mine wasn't responding to the virtual command of "stop"
But it was responding to my voice saying "stop".....odd
So I made the command more specific and that solved my problem.
Are you using with a sync module? I’ve done everything but my show won’t acknowledge that I have a device called “doorbell”
I have a module yes. What is the device of your doorbell that shows up in the Alexa app?
It’s a blink doorbell. I tried renaming it and different groups or devices with similar names, but it wouldn’t acknowledge it. I was on the phone with Amazon tech and blink Tech for a combined 2 hours. Both told me I shouldn’t need the module to do what I wanted. After talking to blink, they decided to replace my doorbell cam to see if it is a glitch with that particular door bell. I’ll update on how the new one works.
@@husondiy so I got my replacement, but it’s doing the same thing. Every time I press it or activate the routine, my echo show says “sorry you don’t have a group or device called ‘doorbell’.” Which is not true as I have both.
@@im_reneemichelesame… no fix or do I need to buy another thing after needing a subscription for basic camera usage….
U need the sync module 2 in order to view live footage on any other device
