Amiran Kenya Limited, your one stop shop for all your agricultural needs recently launched ZARA F1, a new Hybrid tomato variety suitable for both dry and rainy season at Kagio, Kirinyaga county.
The beauty of this tomato variety is that it's high yielding- 120g-130g fruit weight, very firm fruit with excellent red color & tolerant to bacterial wilt, tomato yellow leaf curl virus, tobacco mosaic virus, and fusarium (race1 & 2).
Under good agronomic practices, it can produce 25-30 tonnes per acre.
