- I review "Warrior Ethos" by Steven Pressfield in this video, sharing my thoughts and reflections after reading the book, particularly in relation to my time in the Marine Corps.
Thanks for the review Eduardo. I've been doing a binge of your older reviews and crypto videos, lots of great thoughts in there. Seems we have very similar tastes (apart from your joining of the military, we definitely differ there 😅). How's the experience of conforming to a rules based society especially after coming from the libertarian/individual freedom ethos of the crypto world?
This is a great question. I had to think about this. It has definitely been a tough transition and an ongoing evolution. I find myself fighting against my predisposition, which is slanted towards highly valuing individual liberty. I see tremendous value in the more authoritarian nature of the military. I hope my time in service will help make me a better balanced person overall. Thank you for your comment and taking the time to watch and write to me.
