- The supreme court overturns Chevron Act which takes away more power from government agencies such as the IRS. Reduces power of agencies to define laws enacted by congress. IRS is failing on many levels.

it's the ERC telenova. I think the pressure is building. something has to give at the IRS. Werfel doesn't have the right to hold the ERC refunds hostage. He made a fool of himself claiming that 60-70% were fraudulent.
As usual, thanks for the update as for my company next week will be one year since we apply for ERC same account for 25 years highly qualified. He went over three times before he filed and we can’t even get an answer from the IRS really sad.

Even though I’ve already commented, I can hear the professional frustration in your voice Michelle this is a insult to the people who do the right thing in your profession to throw you in the same basket as these lowlife scammers, I have a friend who retired from the IRS a forensic auditor. He even checked over our ERC claim before we sent . The IRS is it really showing us how incompetent they are if they really wanted to do their job just like you said there is no problem separating the good claims from the scanners
Each video that you do, I can see your discuss and frustration that you were witnessing.
