National Drinking Water Week 2019

- May 5-11, 2019 is National Drinking Water Week. This annual event is hosted by the American Water Works Association to recognize the vital role drinking water plays in daily lives. This year’s theme, “Protect the Source,” focuses on ways water consumers can take personal responsibility in caring for their tap water and protecting it at its source. In celebration of Drinking Water Week, residents are invited to join us for an open house of our Water Treatment Facility at 53 Hutchins Street on May 6, 2019 from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Stop by for a facility tour and a walk-through of our drinking water treatment process.
