Thanks for the tour! (And the other tours as well) . I needed to see what you use once I fell in love with the green handles on Picking Time 😁💚🔐
    Absolutely wonderful rig. Wow.

What an assortment to travel with. I am honored by your entry! I plan to start making challenge locks as well one day, but there is too much to figure out in the meantime. I did add your video to the playlist as well, and good luck in the drawing!

This has been a long time of wanting to be able to make a challenge lock. A lot of people have helped me get to this stage. I got into locksport through my fascination with the challenge lock pins people were making and always wanted to be able to do that myself. Life circumstances just kept delaying me being able to do this. Now the time is right to push any delays away and to just get into it. Which is why I continued on even though I left at home some major things I would need. The benefit of challenge locks is that you are starting from scratch and can modify and adapt what you have and make it work no matter the tools or materials you have at hand. It can be as complicated or as easy as you want it to be. So glad that I could show this side of my locksport tools for your celebration entry. A big congratulations on your 1000, cheers

Thanks mate, it's been a fun day making this pin. I wasn't prepared for how small the pin would be and needed to bring better magnification with me. Thanks for watching and commenting, cheers

Wow, the first pin you made was a piston? I tip my hat to you. Can't wait to see the CL that pin goes in to.

Yeah a bit ambitious I know but I fell for the pin first time I saw one, just had to give it a try. Very fortunate to have all the tools to make it happen. Thanks for watching and commenting, cheers

@PocketWomen I haven't tried to make a piston yet, not sure if I have the dexterity. Maybe 1 day I'll give it a try.

I watched Dmac video on making it and he explained and showed it so well. Just knew I could do that. However I wasn't anticipating how small everything would be as on the video everything looked so visible and big but in real life everything is so small. I needed to bring better magnification with me, I couldn't see the serrations I made.

Excellent pin especially if thats your first! The grippy things are hemostats . That is an incredible traveling kit!

Yes it is my first pin. I then went on to do spools and tee pins. Probably should have started there, though I really wanted a piston pin in my first challenge lock. Thanks for checking this video out, cheers
