  • Equalization is one of the most important skills in freediving. When you master this skill, you will be able to dive deeper, and in a very comfortable and enjoyable way. In this video, multiple freediving world champion tells us the pros and cons of each EQ method .
The Molchanovs Mission is to share our love of freediving with the world. We do this by cultivating the level of knowledge and skill of all freedivers, by building global and local communities that fuel passion for freediving, and by developing gear that provides the best freediving experience possible.
Our inspiration, Natalia Molchanova, is one of the greatest and most decorated freedivers in history. She was a passionate educator and a role model to many in the freediving community. Molchanovs is firmly rooted in her philosophies and approach to freediving, and is continuously updated with the latest developments in education, technology, and scientific research. We are inspired and honored to have had Natalia as our inspiration. Without her, the Molchanovs Movement would not exist today.

No, what you explain sounds more like the hands-free equalization

Hi bro, do ppl freedive with there lungs full or empty, if your lungs r full will they explode once descending

      Lungs are full!
Why would the lungs explode, considering that the ambient pressure increases every 10 m by one Bar!?
The opposite will happen: the lungs will be compressed until blood shifts into it in order to avoid a collapse.
The lungs will only explode when you fill your lungs with compressed air under water, hold it and return to the surface.

actually they implode. if you go down, and take a breath off of an air source, and then go back up they can explode. or over expand.
