for the normal ps5 controller (dualsense) is the bluetooth polling rate better than the usb one? I been using the controller with usb + bluetooth turned off in ps5 settings, thank you.

Could you look into the audio latency when using a third party Bluetooth adapter to connect your headphones wireless?
I have a pair of Sony wireless headphones that are not supported by the PS5. There are third party adapters (such as the Creative BT-W5) which allow you to connect any Bluetooth headphones to your PS5 wireless. It also allows you to use the headset microphone for voice chat. They claim that there is low latency, but I’m not sure how valid that is.
I just want to know if it’s an option for those of us who already spent a lot of money on a wireless headset, and don’t want to buy a second pair just to use for their PS5. I really hate that Sony don’t support their own $300-400 wireless headsets on the PS5.

Hello, Danial I watch ur vids a lot and wanted to ask a question about my ps5, lately on mw3 I get input lag out of nowhere after about 1 hour of gaming, I have a monitor and followed all your steps to improving input lag but after this 1 hour the input lag feels very noticeable and I don’t know what’s causing it, my ps5 is one month old and it’s clean and doesn’t run hot.

Hi, thanks, we achieved that with a USB dev kit taking control over the controller board and then outputting to PS5, however after the latest update, this method no longer works, so I couldn't make a video about it...

Both are good, try precision first and test with bots

Also, hats off to you sir for not providing the name or a link to the project on git. Cod is pretty well overflowing with cheaters atm. From war zone to ranked play, it's pretty rare I have a couple matches a dau where someone seems to be very suspicious to me. And honestly. does Ricochet even work at this point? I think not, not unless a player is reported..
I had a scuf pad and if i kept holding the jump button, it would continue jumping, i did not realise it was a script until i got the duelsense edge😢. Also i noticed you keep changing your curves for cod, what is it on atm ?
Scuf pad? You mean scuf controller? I just got the envision pro. It's at home waiting for me. If it's giving me scripts I don't want it... I have an expensive laptop to game with. I'm considering getting a ps5 and turning off cross play with the ridiculous cheaters on pc

@@shafayatchowdhury1712 I guess it wasn't working properly because the scuf envision pro doesn't come with scripts but you can add macros. Gives the ability to do 2 inputs at once. (Which I don't agree with). People have easy access to it with this controller and ds4
Always linear with the lowest deadzones as possible and max fov if possible. While standard works better for a stronger assist in aim you can potentially achieve the same in linear and even better for tracking.

When it comes to Edge, both USB and BT support up to 1000Hz, and USB is faster (more stable at least)
Do you know if the aimassist on pc and console is different? Or both plattforms have the same aimassist?
Haven't tested it on PC. but every game I compared in the past worked differently on PC with the controller.
So on dual sense edge is best to run bluetooth or with usb cable for faster response
Hi, for Edge, USB is more stable and it also provides 1000Hz on USB so no need to use BT.

Yes, you can! with ReWASD and Remote play, keep in mind Remote play currently adds delay compared to 120Hz mode, but compared to 60FPS mode the delay is only 4ms higher!

hi daniel without hdr is it better to play with the low or normal black level setting? also because with HDR you can't change it on the TV because it's blocked
Hi, when using HDR black level is disabled as that option is only used in SDR, typically automatic on both TV and PS5 should do the job, but if the picture looks washed out, try changing it on PS5 to see which seems better.
@@DanielZH to understand one thing, I noticed that in all SDR games, usually in the brightness settings there are three images and they always tell you to always make the last one on the left less visible with the color level set to normal. If instead I put it on below the third figure on the left disappears completely and only the central and right one remain
@@DanielZH however with the low black level it seems nicer to play with less fogging in SDR
@@andrearossi1960 it may seem nicer because of contrast but when you can't see the left picture anymore, you'd lose details in shadows (and highlights) best would be increasing contrast in that game if it has an option for it instead of a limited RGB range.
Maybe then it's better to put normal black level on the TV and full RGB on the Play?

In terms of Polling Rate and Input lag after the latest test I realized all ports give you almost the same results, use the one you like.

Thanks, based on the last test I did when a BT device or 2.4GHz or Magnetic device is too close to PS5 or next to it, they can change the signal strength and affect the polling rate, causing 2-3ms more delay, and in the worst case (only on PS4 it happened to me) sudden 500ms delay!
Hey Dan, im curios, what’s faster to shoot with on Dual Sense Edge. Shooting with L1 and R1 or shooting with minimal dead zone and trigger stops enabled on L2 & R2. Please let me know, if there’s anyone that can answer this question it’s you 🙏🏽

I feel more accurate shooting with the top buttons old school games used to b this way on the ps3 now with the newer games out they switched to the bottom bumpers. I always make sure to go In the game and swith it back to old school as far as latency goes I have no idea however I'm sure Dan made a video on why you should always keep your controller plugged in through USB and have your controller connection set to USB to have the lowest latency as possible.

the only fix I know currently is replacing the stick module! if you have warranty, ask Sony to replace it.

Yes, it can do the same and even more or better as you have full control over everything.

with season 2 they made some audio changes, it sounds better but you can find the right audio and EQ settings to boost footsteps and reduce other environmental sounds.

Thanks, Warzone is very different from MW3 in many terms, but there are a lot of video ideas on the way and since I'm only 1, I'm not sure when I will test warzone audio in-depth, I am currently working on a few more PS5 and Controller videos, but I have that in mind once I get Nova Pro and Pulse Elite.

MnK with reWASD is already possible through remote play unfortunately, the only thing is RP is 60FPS and for 120Hz games you get 20-30ms higher delay compared to direct connection which forces some people not to use it.
It's crazy cause I know good streamers are aware of this
as all of it is very similar to human actions we can never be sure who is cheating until COD caughts them. but yes not every player is clean...

Working on the method as there's a problem where PS5 thinks the controller is out of battery sometimes and disconnects it, once I fix that I'll provide the tutorial.

It might be, but this isn't only about Rapid-Fire, once you script, you can add auto movement for the camera while shooting = Anti Recoil based on the weapon, decreasing the speed on target to increase aim assist, and many more that I will cover in another cheating video where I will test them for most popular games.

I didnt understand now how to reduce my input lag on ps5
There is a driver and a project on Github (I showed the driver though) that can simulate a PS5 controller and a PC in between, if you OC to 4000Hz for the PC and then use it from another USB on PS5 you'll get a lower input lag (about 3ms faster) which I'll cover in-depth tutorial of that one in another video that isn't about cheating.
What you saying is that if I use the program to OC my dual sense controller and then connect through USB to my PS5, the controller gets input lag reduction on the PS5?
@@Ramonis1000In my tests the delay reduced from 10ms avg to 6ms avg in 20 tests, so it can help somehow... but needs more tests and stability over time (it's not recommended to OC a controller overall) and 3-4 ms is half a frame, doesn't worth OC IMO.

Bro do you have a ps5 console and PC for call of duty? The fire rate of some gunsare different on them. The cor45 and the interceptor is faster on ps5 console than it is on PC. Yet most streamers don't have this issue. They are on PC using this macros I believe. No other way of it.
I have both but I only bought the game on PS5, there might be differences but Fire-Rate? I'm not sure about that, they can use macros much easier on PC.

Remote play vs direct contact to the PS5 is a night and day difference. Anyone that doesn't feel the input lag when connected to remote play is a casual player, or someone that doesn't complain about input lag. Remote play is terrible and if you think it's not, your next video should showcase the difference between Remote play input lag vs direct contact to ps5 input lag.
Hi, based on the last controller test The difference is 30ms (10ms direct vs 40ms Remote Play) and only if you're on a 120Hz screen, the fact that it has a similar delay to 60FPS on PS5 (36ms Direct) makes it not a huge problem for cheaters on a fast local network...
@@DanielZH That delay is absolutely absurd to say that it's not a huge problem. You might as well not even use remote play and play legit. If you go that far to cheat, even with that amount of delay; you really must suck.

@@DanielZH Not quite understanding what you mean by they don't have to use remote play. They can get the picture on the same monitor, but yes, I can feel a difference when it comes to delay. I've done a home test with three different mice when it came to 500 polling vs 1000 polling rate. When it comes to input lag; casuals will never understand the difference, and that's where "4ms doesn't feel like a huge difference" will come from. No offence.
@@wtfooKa lot of people think human reaction time is ~250-300ms, but actually your startle reflex-say you duck when you hear a gunshot or flinch when someone touches your shoulder-is closer to around ~80ms. So I think it’s perfectly reasonable to _expect_ to be able to feel a 2-4ms difference.
At a 1-2ms difference, I think other inconsistencies start to get in the way. Everything from how much sleep you’ve had to the quality of your monitor. That said, you can often make tiny, consistent left-right movements with your reticle and as you increase the frequency, I think it becomes much easier to see when what you’re seeing is out of sync with your hand.
My monitor has speed “levels” for adjusting the response time. Basically it’s letting you choose how much screen tearing you want to get for less latency. To me, the difference between “levels” 2 and 3 is clear as day, both in terms of response time and screen tearing
Edit: I would mention that cheaters are generally terrible. I mean seriously pathetic at the game. So for those players, I wouldn’t be surprised if +25ms of delay feels “not that bad.”

Love the video however i do disagree with one thing. I love rewasd as well and have fun showing it. But they are at the most fault imo. They didnt have to add these advanced methods of doing thing. They also dont have to advertise rapid fire as a part of the pack. To say its the players fault for abusing it and not the developers is wrong imo. They created it with these things in mind. Advanced mapping turbo function etc and advetised as rapid fire. If thats not the case then why not just make any controller be able to be used without macros? You see it was totally intentional imo. Rewasd just doesnt view these things as cheating. They only give a warning about turbo and combos. They dont say dont use it or that they are against it. Same goes to the community effort that is ds4 and anyone modding it. It's definitely intentional in my opinion.

I wish games were like OW2, it doesn't need to push for rapid weapons (or its much delayed no matter what) in that case even the fastest rapid-fire timing would get the same result as others. however, that can't be done... even OW2 with Ash gives the advantage to cheaters...

I got banned riggt before the release of MW3. I've had my dyal sense edge since the release last year and was smacking players with it set up last year. I appealed the stupid ban and they said I was manipulating software and some other bs. I'm on a new name now and no reports or bans. Activision is TRASH! I've always used Bluetooth connection to decrease input lag also. Just trash. An account that i had spent well over 1k on in cosmetics.

The Best way to get rid of this is to highlight the cheat to everyone so it becomes a problem. Theirs is a reason it’s been going on as long as it has because only a select few know about this and now people will not stop u til they find out. If you can find it Anyone can now they know it exists. Great work.
I understand what you mean, but I can't expose cheating Step By Step like that on my channel, one of my friends said he would do it anonymously on another channel as there are rules for UA-cam and I follow them to not get issues, but he's ok to show Step by Step and then what you pointed will happen.
