Do you make a proposal agreement with the customer and have you ever had a problem get paid and do you get half up front to cover cost just wondering you been at this for while and make it work great job .

Hey John great question! yes I reiterate the quote in an email, and ask that I be paid 1/3 on the first day when I agree to start, and the last 2/3 upon completion. Typically jobs begin on Thu and end on Weds (in 4 visits)

Do you ever fill existing hardware holes in order to replace with the new hardware? If so, do you charge extra and do you use Bondo?

Hey Bunny Lou no extra charge
I use MH, twice, with sanding and shellac primer in between, then paint
On the doors of course I leave the hole and drill one more to the north of it
But I do this in home once the doors are back in place. It is slightly nerve wracking but with some finesse and a plastic jig, they are well aligned
