As friendly and loving as these birds can be when raised properly, that beak is still terrifying. Especially when you remember that they're still essentially wild animals, unlike domesticated dogs. I will stick with budgies for now lol. If the wild side comes out, they can't even draw blood. A hyacinth may crush your finger bone.
it doesnt look like he bit her. He just stumbled. Birds use their beak to grasp and stabilize like we use our arms. You can see the girl wasnt bit lol.
DO NOT RUB YOUR PARROT ON ITS BACK!!! This is a sexual zone, it will cause your bird to become sexually frustrated because it can not mate with you. If you're going to own a parrot please please do your research. They're complex and smart animals they don't deserve this.
I love all birds. But they should be flying free in nature. Why would anyone want a big beautiful bird like this to deprive them of their freedom??🧡🧡😢😢
They cannot, certain bird species are in danger and people cannot just release their parrots they would die because they don’t know how to live the wildlife. Parrots like the red tailed black cockatoo pick favorites. By that I mean they will pick on egg and raise it and abandon the rest, these are one of the most rarest parrots to find. And people have taken them in to raise their population again.
@@whoareyou1048 No birds should be taken out of the wild! I wasn't saying the domesticated birds should be released because I know they couldn't/wouldn't survive after being domesticated!
@@gloriastiehl2905 but nobody takes them out of the wild? In the places these birds are from it’s illegal to snag a parrot from the wild, plus it’ll be nearly impossible as these birds beaks can cause serious damage to people. And they travel in flocks so the person would never be able to, it’s really rare and impossible to catch one in the wild.
Then why is there such a thriving illegal wildlife trade. Why are some of these birds on the verge of extinction others critically endangered? Being Born in captivity makes them adapt to a Life with Restrict Flight. Also they have no concept of the difference between an house and an Amazon Forest
