The ideal well-being is often present when a child has two loving and attentive parents. We don’t learn the same values/lessons from our mother and from our father. Two complete each other. I say this as someone who didn’t have my mom, I had my dad and my grandma replaced my mom. My grandpa didn’t replace my dad since he was there. So I had, thank GOD, not two, but three loving parents. The more, the merrier. Despite all of this, kids still feel the missing piece regardless of parent/gender role.
My oldest son is 24 years old, and to this day I remember when he first uttered those words to me. Giving and saving life are the two most rewarding things you can do on this planet.
