Very good process many thanks - Last time I brought from Bajar/Market, next day I noticed water separating out in refrigerator. I believe if more water is used in cooking then water separates out. Water usage in your recipe is more controlled so water may not separate out. Also longer drying time can help more water evaporation before rolling up. Thanks again for recipe.
