A Suggestion : You could do a 10 season career mode where you constantly change clubs and try to get a certain amount of trophies.
You could select the clubs with the wheel of career mode

Hopefully you remember VfL Wolfsburg, well they used to play in the champions league back in 2014, but now they can't even qualify for any European competition, I think they need a rebuild.

You should split on the European trophies and the regular English trophies like FA CUP so you have 1 category with the league trophies and on with the european because they should count as more points.
