A new shellsea build always makes my day
My houses aren’t up for download just for display but cc makes you enjoy building more so I say just use it, it’s not hard to furnish a house when you download it at least the actual build is the same. lovely build 💕. -jake
When you update the cc list, can you include that dresser/cabinet thing that you include in all the rooms? And also some of the rugs you use in general bc ts3 has no good rugs

Sometimes when I download your houses they won’t download into the sims game. Can anybody help?
try downloading the package file and putting it in your library folder! that should solve the issue
