Sejeong is the only vocalist imo that does Taeyeon justice with her covers. Not only is her technique on point, but she actually puts in a lot of emotion into the song unlike others who seem a little too focused on technique and end up sounding mechanical.
Why didn't she say taeyeon "sunbaenim"?? How old is she?? I know it's kind the concept of the show. "They drop all formality with everyone". But taeyeon not in the show.. Difficult?? To give a respect It's not sacrilege in korea?? BAD ATTITUDE!!!
Sejeong is one of the best singers in the third K-pop generation, but I always realize how difficult Taeyeon songs are do cover when earring other talented people trying, the emotions that she put in her songs are so unique and difficult to imitate. Sejeong did a really good job 👏👏👏👏
You should watch when Sejeong singing on stage & not variety show.. Sejeong is the Best singer in Korea if it's based on Emotion & delivery lyric meaning for any song.. She got called God Sejeong in Produce 101 not because her pretty face or funny in variety show in the firstplace.. Sejeong get called GOD is because when she sing on stage, no one can beat her when it come to singing with full emotion & her attitude when singing.. Even all people in Korea agree with this., "if sing a song is based on Emotion & delivery a song meaning to audience., no one can beat Sejeong in all Produce seasons & all idol industry"..

As someone that has held Taeyeon as their ult bias for almost 13 years. Sejeong is one of the few that can actually cover a Taeyeon song and do them justice. She deserves so much more recognition for her talent!

Sejeong doesn't have to dance if she doesn't want to (like Chungha and Somi). She can pursue her solo career with just singing good songs, and i think she can see IU's success without having a hard dance when performing, and Sejeong is great actress too just like her.
honestly her ceiling as a celeb in Sokor is higher than both Somi and Chungha imo, Somi's career is like on a stalemate and Chungha has her moments but honestly her career also hasn't really exploded.. It's really hard to be a soloist, but Sejeong's recent drama is very popular and her as an actress is more profitable and more manageable than being a soloist alone. look at the Idols Turned actress that are on the top, Eugene,eunhye,seo hyun jin,IU,Yoona,Suzy etc.. ofc others are not that popular but given that she's very popular as an idol, her track record as an actress would be like Suzy,IU,Yoona, and imo she has a better start as an actress as those 3 examples have been criticize for bad acting on their first dramas..
Yeah I agree, she just has that vocalist vibe, where her voice is good enough to stand on its own, without any dancing needed, and I'm not even her fan. I do believe that in a few years she's gonna be just like IU, not to compare, but she's, from what I've heard, a good actress, she's beautiful and her voice is amazing.
@@JB-wl5sf actually Chungha has a pretty solid foundation in the Music Industry solely as an Music Artist. The fact that Chungha debuted as a solo after IOI anyway probably contributes to that whereas although Sejeong already debuted as a soloist in 2016 before Chungha, Sejeong still didn’t have that foundation of a soloist and went straight back to Gugudan after whereas Chungha built her solo career from the ground up straight after IOI she didn’t have a group to fall back on so she built her solo career, really well too. Since Gugudan has only recently disbanded Sejeong is still in the beginning stages of building her career as a soloist and she’s already got her acting career on lock anyways but I think she will be able to come out as an artist similar to IU as there are literally not that much competition in that sector anyway(As in solo artists that rarely dance and mainly sing)and we all know she will make an amazing solo career, when it comes to vocals that girrrrrl can. SAAANNNGGGG. I honestly love Sejeongs vocals more than Chunghas that doesn’t mean to belittle Chungha it’s just personal preference. But like the original comment refers to Chungha and Somi, they have different musical themes anyway, Somis more of a Girl Crush concept kinda gal, Chungha is more like Sexy, Sleek, and Chic concept kinda gal, and Sejeong is your Mature, Soft, and Mellow Ballad kinda gal…all very much different styles. But that doesn’t really matter coz I’m sure they can all pull of those concepts anyway. But as far as their bg, foundation, and career history goes “solely and only” as a music artist Chungha would have to be in the lead for that path. Her Solo, Individual, and Artist brand rankings are always high too so she’s definitely got it going for her. For Sejeong i too am hoping for her to start climbing up that ladder she will make an amazing solo artist even trot would be cool for her too lol along with her works as an Actress she’s an all rounder and bloody amazing at her job, I honestly can’t wait to see what she has in store for her future😍

Sejeong is the only vocalist imo that does Taeyeon justice with her covers. Not only is her technique on point, but she actually puts in a lot of emotion into the song unlike others who seem a little too focused on technique and end up sounding mechanical.

Sejeong is one of the best singers in the third K-pop generation, but I always realize how difficult Taeyeon songs are do cover when earring other talented people trying, the emotions that she put in her songs are so unique and difficult to imitate. Sejeong did a really good job 👏👏👏👏

As someone that has held Taeyeon as their ult bias for almost 13 years. Sejeong is one of the few that can actually cover a Taeyeon song and do them justice. She deserves so much more recognition for her talent!

Sejeong doesn't have to dance if she doesn't want to (like Chungha and Somi). She can pursue her solo career with just singing good songs, and i think she can see IU's success without having a hard dance when performing, and Sejeong is great actress too just like her.
honestly her ceiling as a celeb in Sokor is higher than both Somi and Chungha imo, Somi's career is like on a stalemate and Chungha has her moments but honestly her career also hasn't really exploded.. It's really hard to be a soloist, but Sejeong's recent drama is very popular and her as an actress is more profitable and more manageable than being a soloist alone. look at the Idols Turned actress that are on the top, Eugene,eunhye,seo hyun jin,IU,Yoona,Suzy etc.. ofc others are not that popular but given that she's very popular as an idol, her track record as an actress would be like Suzy,IU,Yoona, and imo she has a better start as an actress as those 3 examples have been criticize for bad acting on their first dramas..
Yeah I agree, she just has that vocalist vibe, where her voice is good enough to stand on its own, without any dancing needed, and I'm not even her fan. I do believe that in a few years she's gonna be just like IU, not to compare, but she's, from what I've heard, a good actress, she's beautiful and her voice is amazing.

@@JB-wl5sf actually Chungha has a pretty solid foundation in the Music Industry solely as an Music Artist. The fact that Chungha debuted as a solo after IOI anyway probably contributes to that whereas although Sejeong already debuted as a soloist in 2016 before Chungha, Sejeong still didn’t have that foundation of a soloist and went straight back to Gugudan after whereas Chungha built her solo career from the ground up straight after IOI she didn’t have a group to fall back on so she built her solo career, really well too. Since Gugudan has only recently disbanded Sejeong is still in the beginning stages of building her career as a soloist and she’s already got her acting career on lock anyways but I think she will be able to come out as an artist similar to IU as there are literally not that much competition in that sector anyway(As in solo artists that rarely dance and mainly sing)and we all know she will make an amazing solo career, when it comes to vocals that girrrrrl can. SAAANNNGGGG. I honestly love Sejeongs vocals more than Chunghas that doesn’t mean to belittle Chungha it’s just personal preference. But like the original comment refers to Chungha and Somi, they have different musical themes anyway, Somis more of a Girl Crush concept kinda gal, Chungha is more like Sexy, Sleek, and Chic concept kinda gal, and Sejeong is your Mature, Soft, and Mellow Ballad kinda gal…all very much different styles. But that doesn’t really matter coz I’m sure they can all pull of those concepts anyway. But as far as their bg, foundation, and career history goes “solely and only” as a music artist Chungha would have to be in the lead for that path. Her Solo, Individual, and Artist brand rankings are always high too so she’s definitely got it going for her. For Sejeong i too am hoping for her to start climbing up that ladder she will make an amazing solo artist even trot would be cool for her too lol along with her works as an Actress she’s an all rounder and bloody amazing at her job, I honestly can’t wait to see what she has in store for her future😍
