AJ was very well respected around the league. That's why he wasn't tossed out for bumping the ump. Ump knew he didn't mean it and is not that type of guy. Hope he comes back to the Dodgers as a coach and is first in line in case Roberts resigns or is fired.

I've watched quite a few of the "pissed off" videos with players acting like punks, attitudes, etc. From the scenes here, Kershaw just seems like he wants to win, a competitor who acts out of frustration.

Even Ellis wasn't ready, he was staring at the ground. When Ellis goes to put his left hand down to start signaling, Kershaw has already stepped back with his right leg, and Ellis has a brief "Oh crap" realization and puts his hands in a defensive-like position when he looks up and sees Kershaw is already trying to pitch.

About 5.minutes in he hits a batter (lefty) & gets tossed, he's all pissed. Then the broadcaster says its the 3rd batter he's hit..lmao. You don't get to keep hitting people, either throw over the plate or they toss you. 3rd time I'm thinking is fine. I'm going to see if there are pitchers who hit more & are still in the game.
They meant 3rd time in the season, not the game.
