Wow while doing cardio at the Gym. I always find it fascinating to hear how, where and when people watch these lessons haha
I've had a couple of comments on some videos where people say they listen to me while driving in traffic.
I didn't actually "design" the lessons like that but I suppose they will work if people just listen to what is being said :)

Great video! A small error at 24:04 where you have the correct address for a Loopback IP displayed but you say 172.x.x.x. Thank you for making this series!
