I know so many people in the service industry. What they get paid is ludicrous. I have been watching your videos for a while, but I felt compelled to comment. I have heard the stories, from my friends, about getting stiffed from rude people, and having to pool tips (which to me is unfair, but that is for another day). Having to smile when someone asks for a tip back, or worse, does not even leave one, takes a strong constitution. To see you bring joy into their lives, if only for a short time, is refreshing. Thank you for all you do, Mr. Schapiro, you are a special person.
