Heading to Quebec City for the first time ever this weekend. Really excited to try some of the local beer. Looks and sounds great! Thanks for the video!
@@armandg4 Enjoy the Quebec City beer scene! Don’t miss La Souche in Limoilou, La Kerrigan, and Griendel in Montcalm. All great places to try the local brews.
Great video for people that like skiing, there is 5 resorts in 90min drive around the city to enjoy Stoneham - Le Relais - St-Anne - Massif du sud - Massif de Charlevoix Enjoy
I’m having a trip to Quebec this January coming up and I’m all into hikes and nature. You really took myself to this beautiful views! I’m booking off the shuttle today!!!!!! It looks beautiful.
I love Quebec City, but have not been in a couple years due to the "thing". My favorite thing was getting foot at the Metro and eating at the hotel. It might sound weird but if your hotel has a balcony with a view there is nothing like it.
@@MechanicalTransport hey there. We did the Les Louis Trail. It heads up to 447 feet of elevation and the 1st observation Deck. It’s about a 5km round trip. But if you want to go further to the 2nd Observation Deck, it’s about 11 km round trip.
@@dwsoundscape thanks so much! I had a stingray steak and my friend Chris had the braised short ribs. Excellent choices, although stingray was far bonier than I even expected.
If you speak English only French shop owners will not serve you - they will walk away and not serve or help you . Many people have experienced this all over Quebec .
@@trevorgwelch7412 Not in my experiences. In fact, most shop employees in Quebec City speak English as a second language. They are very welcoming to visitors of all languages. I’ve visited the city many times and have never felt any discrimination.

Thanks for showing a bit of a different Qc city than the 100s of videos that only show the Falls, the Chateau and Old Town. Kuddos 🎉
@@MartinAngers-j5n Thanks for that Martin. It’s a special place and I wanted to show that there’s a lot more to the city than the usual spots.

Great guide! At Bistro le Sam, what entre did you order? Looks like beef braised short ribs or lamb.?
Looks delicious. Thanks for sharing!

This is complete BS. Does not happen.
Classic French Canadian stigma being perpetuated by seemingly resentful English folks. You're a small man Trevor.
Agree! We have gone the last 3 winters in a row, the locals and servers are so kind!
