I love Quebec City, but have not been in a couple years due to the "thing". My favorite thing was getting foot at the Metro and eating at the hotel. It might sound weird but if your hotel has a balcony with a view there is nothing like it.
I feel that. There are some magical views in Quebec City for sure!
