Thank you for this information. The forcast looks promising for STEM draws. However, could we really project that 28-31% of STEM draws will be of 2024 invtations or is it subjected to change when new catagories for 2024 will be released?
If STEM cut offs are as high as 486 then high number of STEM draws would mean that general cut offs will come down. Is this observation correct?

I have received a portal email while I am in India and responded to email that I am outside Canada(return date:Sep-29-2023) then received the Passport request letter on Aug-10-2023 for visa. Should I send my passports for visa from India even I have an active TRV for entering canada ?

After having submitted all documents, today the 06 September we got an email telling us our application has been rejected for the only reason that our police certificate got expired. Hi sir i have a CRS of 467 and i fall under STEM category i have filed for PR in june 2023 so probably by which draw can i receive ITA or EOI or by what time can i receive EOI. Kindly give me some advice on this.
Disclaimer : Being a life time Law Student, this is just an analysis of last 8 EE General Draws (No Program Specified) during last 4 months and prediction of probable CRS score for remaing next 4 months of this year for No Program Specified.
The score, below 500 on 15th August, was due to significant number of ITAs of 4,300. If it was less than 3,000 then the score would have been more than 500 again.
Approx 3,000 new profiles, having more than 500 points, have been added within last 15 days. Hence, if the next General Draw is less than 3,000 ITAs, then again it would be more than 500 points. There are average 2,107 profiles, having more than 500 points, during these last 8 General Draws. So the number of ITAs is vital.
Again repeating that the number of ITAs is vital, with frequent draws, to get the score down around 470 to 480 as, on an average 2,000 new profiles, having more than 500 points, are usually being added in every 15 days and on an average 3,150 ITAs have been issued during these last 8 General Draws. So, hopefully the score would be down eventually.
Hence, anything less than 3,000 ITAs, would take the score more than 500 points again for subsequent General Draws.
Now talking about the minimum points of 470, hypothetically, if the next general draw is for 31,937 ITAs and till then if not a single profile is added in EE pool, having more than 470 points then and then only the score would be down to 470 for the subsequent General Draws.
The other probable situation is that if the most of these profiles get ITA in other programs/categories/PNPs then the score would be down eventually.
The main factor is the addition of new profiles having score of more than 470 on the daily basis.
483 was the lowest on 26th APR for General Draw. Miracle is needed indeed.

Excellent analysis, I agree the new applications in the Express Entry Pool with high CRS Scores of 480 and above every 15 days will keep the CRS Score hovering over 500 in 2024 as well.
Candidates with CRS Scores lower than 430 can forget about receiving an ITA, including PNPs in 2024 and beyond.
Will the IRCC be conducting category-specific draws in 2024? I work in the agriculture and agri-food sector and have a CRS score of 478. What are the chances of getting ITA in category specific draws in 2024?

You are not interested alking about PNP invites here which are also included in the 80000 and odd ITAs I thought

Well general draws in essence are going to be a thing of the past, considering the number of people who abuse the rules to get a LMIA WP and eventually PR. Category based draws are the future.

Hi Sahil, I & my spouse got the COPR confirmation mail on 14th Aug, My dependent spouse is able to download the eCOPR. But as the primary applicant I did not receive the eCOPR document in the portal . However, IRCC GC KEY login account I can see the COPR document number.What to do? I tried to raise webform & send mail to PR confirmation portal team to share my ECOPR pdf copy through email but no response yet.Please suggest.

She did M-Tech (ECE). but her experience has been in my proprietorship firm of a computer and electronics service centre for the last 6 years. from the last 2 years’ salary credited to her account from my business account. As a recent immigrant to Canada, I highly recommend not coming to this country unless you have secured your employment. Remember 100k in GTA is basic survival money. You need higher than that. Make a soft landing but don't uproot yourself and family until your cash flow is secured.
Also, I can confirm that the system is highly unwelcome to newcomers, despite all the immigration hype. Everyone - from the government to banks to petty realtors to universities - just look at immigrants and foreign workers as cash cows and exploit them as such. On the whole, people are getting screwed over more than ever before. The system is winning because of the awesome pipeline of high caliber immigrants that Canada has managed to build up. It's a shame but this is the reality. Please be aware.
