Gulf and Mew already lost their chance for many years of happiness which they traded for just a couple of years going to fan events, doing everything the fans wanted, smiling until their faces were in pain, going on stupid game shows, stupid interviews with the most rediculous questions and just smiling and smiling and being happy all the time.....all this for more pay and to please all the fans. And now....there is just Gulf, who hasn't really learned anything in the past few years. He lost Mew and Mew lost him, and it just goes on and on and on and on. And nobody gets it, especially the fans. How sad
But both Gulf & Mew started out being entertainers. Their being together was always to entertain the masses not to just be together. Mew stated early on that he had someone he loved. This was a comeback for him as well. So, he really couldn't afford blurred lines. Gulf was at the end of a relationship, but he was new to the bl world. Gulf & Mew were both doing things to please fans then and now. So, them going their separate way was always a given.

I also believe that about 95% of BL actors are straight and never thought for a second that any other couple were both gay such as TayNew, MaxTul, BrightWin or any other. They fell in love with each other and they were riding the waves of stardom together and they were REALLY riding high, swept up in the moment of time and so enjoying their love and each other. BUT, it just got to be so much for them and finally it wasn't quite as fun anymore and it wore thin on them and one of them was still happy and satisfied and maybe the other started to get a little tired of all of this. The same thing happens in Hollywood....the two leading actors fall in love and down the road split up. Hollywood is different than the BL World and I feel so sorry for the BL actors because of all the pressure, all the lyiny to the fans, all the fans, all the double life.....it is much worse than Hollywood. About six months after the first season of TharnType, I somehow found the address on Facebook for Mew at his studio. I wrote a very short and polite comment and warned him about all this nonsense and attention and stardom and what it might do to their new found relationship. It is indeed sad. My thoughts are my personnal opinion and your thoughts are, of-course, your opinion. I might be many, many years older than you and a little wiser in life. Just saying. And thank you for your reply.

I will say this bef I add anything here - these two were given a gift to cross eo path & got a chance to experience that which cannot be labeled. If they found true Love, there will never be a substitute b/c once found all others becomes something to aspire to have. Unfortunately, this doesn't fair well for anyone else in their lives. As long as the other person exist & you share the same feelings, & they're available neither party will be able to move on. They may move on, but don't get me wrong, they will just realize that the person meant for them is still out there. Now, I have to say I am more of a realist than most. I see them or any actor as just that, actors, first. While I recognized & acknowledged their chemistry I drew the line and stopped there. I was not a BL fan at all & that is still the case. However, I really liked ttts. Also, Mew & Gulf display of respect & care for eo was special until it turned into something empty. Being a true realist I just looked at it as my being entertained. One Big thing I have noticed abt BL fans (in general) is that they are Brutal in interfering/imposing their beliefs on these actors. It is as if they loose sight that they are actors & when they perform with others & have chemistry with others they bail out, but continue to try to do harm to the new coworker. I just do not get the behavior I've witnessed from these fans. It may exists in other arenas, I've just never seen such extreme actions.

It is sick and insane and we have the production companies to blame out of greed. I still disagree with you on how both of us saw, MewGulf. You were entertained and I was not. There was something, I don't know what it was, but I saw something different in them together that I did not see in the others. As I said before, I didn't even like their personalities at all. Mew was a real show-off grasping all the attention he could and Gulf was never ending smiles and hand clasping thank yous so much it made me ill. So....it's not because I liked them that I wanted the best for them (I didn't like them) and it wasn't because they were wonderful actors (their not) that I wanted them to always be together. My feeling I had was nothing to do with all of this, but just a strange feeling I had. A feeling that these guys are truly in love and want to be together forever. I also had a feeling that it would not work if they continued with all of this madness and that's probably why I wanted to reach out and warned them. Yes, they were put into this position by the production campany and promised lots of money and lots of good things. BUT, it was also they that made them go along with it. Keeping love sometimes is just that....keeping love to yourself. It's not having all this insane life on one hand and then saying "it is our own private life" on the other hand. Those two don't go together. And do we think that if two others in love actors come together the next time, it won't happen again? Yes, it will happen again. The world keeps saying that history will not repeat itself here, and yes it does over and over and over again.
@@jeffrey8783 Not to be a copycat, M was definitely a show off & was all over the place, Gulf was the light hearted one ignoring all kinds of shenanigans, & the industry demands are greatly flawed, but (& this is my theory), the way G maneuvered through it all was no small feat, & he just stayed in charge regardless of the circumstances. Still, don't forget I'm a realist, so I think Gulf's actions were the basis for preventing any unnecessary controversy. G showed a strong sense of control & capability to grow as an actor. Not to open another can of worms, but b/c G was the lightheaded one some, not all, took it for granted that he couldn't handle being on his own. They were stunned to witness the exact opposite. I totally get that you were not entertained maybe more curious about the possibility, not sure, but, Yes, I loved seeing the game of it all & while I agree they both need to improve their acting skills, one of them promised to work at it. 😊
