    Hi Amoaa, just a quick suggestion. In my humble opinion, I think you should show more of the actual house (both interior and exterior) even as the interview is going on........Don't let the interview scenes take over a larger portion of the video because, in as much as people want to know the details of what went into the house, they also want to view the actual house with all the beauty it has to offer (that's even the main reason why people click on the video). Preferably, you can make most of the interview part a voice-over that plays while the actual house is shown in detail. That'll keep people from getting bored because take this video, for instance, the exterior of the building was only shown in its entirety getting to the later part of the video while the rest was dedicated almost solely to the interview. We only need to "hear" the interview, however, we do have to "see" the house at different angles. Just my humble opinion. Thanks.

      @alexkumi1986 3 роки тому +5

      I think that is what was done here. The interview and tour are fused so everything that was talked about was shown in detail. There were lots of points where the interview was a voice over for the house tour. I think that's why the timestamps are helpful if a particular part ’bores’ you, you can skip to what you want to see. The exterior was shown in the outdoor time stamp so if that is what you are looking for you can skip to it. The interview is helpful especially to people interested in details and we did ’see’ the house.

    Hello beautiful people! I know this video is long but there is so much great information in here that Akosua shared with us. We really struggled to cut this down from the original 2-hour tour. I have included detailed timestamps to make it easier to navigate through this video.
    Next week we will continue the conversation with Akosua and discuss price points, working with Orthner and Orthner and their affordable housing project.
    Can you guess how old this property is???

    Why does everyone quote in dollars? We are in Ghana, quote cedis. Its like most of these developers want to exclude native Ghanaians from the equation. We need to be looking at affordable housing for Ghanaians. I notice that many developers are focused on building for foreigners. Government needs to do something about it.

    I'm so impressed! 😀Unlike some of the Ghanaian residential development tour-videos we see where the emphasis is more on high-rise apartments, and other unsustainable trends, this actually me feel PROUD of this design for Ghana. This totally incorporates all the natural building tips for eco-friendly construction that my sister and I used to read about (in homeschool). From the rammed earth materials, to the building's angle to the Sun. The sheer amount of green is relief to the eyes. 36:29 is so excellent -- even the garage looks inviting.
