hey bro its a really good setup but as someone who has done a lot of research on setups i feel obliged to help you take it to the next level and improve it. The first thing i suggest you do is wall mount the TV, it is really close to u and your peripherals, so wall mounting it and pushing it towards the wall would give you some breathing space. Second thing you could do is attach led strips to back of your monitor and behind you're desk this way you can ease the harsh light from your TV especially when the room is dark, and make the setup look much cooler. The final thing you should do is save up for a graphics card, a very cheap option is the AMD RADEON RX 580 its a good budget option and you should get Ethernet rather then a WiFi booster it will get much better speeds and will give you an uninterrupted connection. Just remember all of what i said was just my advice, do as you please and do your own research before taking anyone's advice. I wish you all the best

That's a good GPU recommendation but his power supply might not handle it, Majority of this optiplex systems has 200 to 300 psu and some of them you can't remove since it would cause system error check. So for me I would suggest going for a gpu's that dont have power connectors like gt 1030 or gtx 1050ti.
I just came across your account and i got some budget friendly tips for both aesthetics and performance for you setup: for performance, if you ever consider on upgrading anything in your computer get an rx 6500xt or a 6600 gpu (their vfm is insane and dont consume a lot of power so you wont need to change your power supply. Also consider using ethernet instead of wireless internet for aesthetics id suggest getting some fake plants around your setup since theyre always good to have. also hide your desktop icons, install translucent tb ( makes your taskbar invisible, icons will still be visible) and lastly download wallpaper engine and get a wallpaper that will match with the white of the mousepad and the greenery of the fake plants (if you cant get wallpaper engine coz of its price get lively wallpaper) thats all :D
The WiFi Ethernet WiFi extender that u where goons pick is really good I bought it and my ping use to be 80 but now it is 15 its is very worth it but btw W video
I would recommend buying parts second hand now as they are becoming cheaper in this season. It is also important to change your table after the pc then the monitor other than that you dont need anything else.

Hey man, I'm loving the setup but here's some things you can improve! Buy a Wi-Fi extender and get a Ethernet cable for it. Wi-Fi extenders booster the signal to where you're able to use Ethernet without worrying about length. Invest in a good and cheaper card, like a RTX 4060 with the current CPU you have. Overall I just advise you to upgrade your system entirely. Keep going strong man, and God Bless 🙏
tbh nice setup for the price if there is one upgrade that i really recommend is get a gtx 1650 that doesnt require a 6 pin pcie and your good to go 60 fps any game in 1080p
my pc was 280$ alone, monitor was left in my house by previous owners but it kinda sucks at 720p 60hz. it has good color though. keyboard 40$ mouse was 40$ but i got it from goodwill at 4$. Specs- i5-2500k(gonna upg to i7 3770k), rx 580, 18gb ram ddr3, and a 40$ case, 35$ 700w psu, 10$ aftermarket cooler, 1tb sata ssd. Some of thing went down in price extremely bc of discounts. Im also 14.
I saw a lot People in comment suggesting you to upgrade your gpu like rx580 or gtx 1070 but I won't do it if I were you. Cuz if you do that your PSU will be limiting factor here (I promise you u don't want your pc start vaping white smoke) does gpus I mentioned were required at least 500 to 600 watts psu. For me i would go for a low profile gpus like gt 1030 ddr5 (not ddr4 pls) or gtx 1050ti those are just straight up plug to the motherboard. Edit: Sorry for my bad english

You can't just slap an GPU that rated 150W or 185W on a 200-300watt psu. Yes he could upgrade to rx 580 or whatever gpu but first he needs to take care his power supply, Unless you want to see your PSU turn into supernova yeah sure why not no one stopping you.

upgrade ur gpu to the 1030 or 1650 , get a bigger desk and if u want get a $50 case no rgb off amazon it will come with preinstalled fans and then down the line upgrade ur monitor but get an arm with it oh and one more thing get an ethernet cable that you can use outside its like a cord that is made to be routed indoors and outdoors it has a layer to protect it from rain and uv rays and even snow and animals won be a problem trust its a good investment

if you can upgrade your computer overall and don't wanna build a computer let me know, otherwise I would recommend upgrading your gpu to an rx 6500xt as it from the last time i looked it was under a 1% bottleneck which is great. Another gpu if you want more would be the 1650 super as it is good priced when purchased used (Only buy used for these cards to get most price to performance). These can usually be found under 150 dollars so it would be a worthy upgrade if you can Offord it.

if your keeping the i7 4770 GET A RX 580 8GB please bro that 8570 your not gettin nearly as much performance compared to the 580 8gb a 1gb video card is crazy in 2024 i ordered a prebuilt off amazon for around 450 with a i7 4770 and a rx 580 8gb vram with 16gb a ram it should be able to fit in the optiplex, but right now i upgraded to a rx 6650xt 8gb vram with a ryzen 7 5700x with 64gb of ram and i get 150+ fps in fort (thats on epic settings btw ill probably get more then 200 on performance mode)

A WiFi extender may not be very effective. Consider installing an actual router between your computer and the main router, ensuring it's connected via Ethernet, of course.

it gives me 60 fps on cod 60 on roblox 60+ on fn 60+ on valorant 30-40 in cs2 and like 45 in apex legends

Get a onn gaming monitor it was on sale for $99 1080p 165hz 1ms which is good.

you'll need a laptop with a thunderbolt connector that supports PCIe which is only on high end laptops
