- We brought a Mercedes G Wagon into Baja California. In this video you will see the road we took to Baja's most remote Mission (San Francisco Borja), where we stayed and what it was like arriving in the dark after hours of off road driving.
📍Mision de San Francisco Borja.
que padre viaje ! 😍😍😍
Gracias!!
Paying 300 pesos isn't a big deal...contributing to the country and the locals is important, particularly when it comes to a historic mission. I would pay $50 USD to camp. Baja is a lovely place...We travel there often... Baja is a wonderful place...Just happy to see people really Enjoying their time there...
Very cool.
Thanks!
Sweet!! Nice guy as the caretaker.
He’s great! He definitely makes the drive out there worth it.

Do you think I could make it out there with a trailer? 4 x 4 Tundra, and a designated "off road" trailer; not a super tough trailer, but raised, extra heavy duty axle, and BFG A/T's on it.
Yes for sure. It’s not super technical. Just rocky in some sections. I think you’d be fine.
The road is a bumpy and sometimes stoney two track. Easily navigated in the late 2000 with a 2WD Ford Ranger. Non-technical and good track from Baja de Los Angeles turn off to Mision San Borja. The road from San Borja is equally as doable.
Rd from San Borja to Mex 1 is the same.
