話は変わりますが、当リアクションが日本語から始まったので驚いてしまった。今までも何度か見ていましたが、今回は特に驚きました。
最近は日本語を学ぶ事が世界的なブームになっていると聞いています。世界でも最難関の言語であると言われているものの、外国人が学ぶ言語人気で5位
（英語・仏・西・独に次ぐアジアダントツのトップ）になっています。XGの様にエンタメ界でも目覚ましい活躍をするアーティストが増えれば、
より一層勉強をする人が増えると思う。米国やヨーロッパでは、既に日本語の標識や看板が目立つようになっていると聞いています。
いきなり日本語からスタート。上手で驚いた。素晴らしいコメンテーターだ。

Their relay dance is absolutely stunning. I was blown away by their performance first time I saw it, and didn’t even know what to say because it was just too good! Definitely the best relay dance I’ve ever seen.

Cleanest relay I’ve seen by far, no contest
Have to respect anyone who includes Hinata among their biases. She stood out in the "Tippy Toes" MV and dance practice - but absolutely shines in their live stages. If I had to pick biases, they would probably be Hinata, Chisa, & Juria - but all 7 of them bring something special to the group.
I'm not Korean - but (and I'm paraphrasing teddy Park, here) I don't think the language makes a difference. To me, Kpop is an aesthetic: a pop music experience that is both visually and musically engaging on stage. XG is already Kpop.
Kpop borrowed from Motown and The Monkees, and dialed it up to 11 - now it's gone global. Language no longer has anything to do with it.
Their vocal and synchronous choreography are outstanding 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

The most interesting analysis of this group I have listened to. You have definitely made points that I had also been thinking about as well. They're an enigma in that you can't place a label on them. They are not Kpop, because...all Japanese members. Not Kpop, because they sing in English, song lyrics are all English except for one word, 'sayonara'.
Not considered Jpop because their songs have all English lyrics and they sing in English. Japanese audiences are not normally accepting or are fans of R&B/Hip Hop type girl groups... look at the miserable careers of FAKY or BananaLemon and they actually sing in Japanese. Western fans think that they are Kpop because they look and dance like a Kpop girl group but are taken aback because they sing in American English. So it's hard to think of the potential of this group.
At this point I'm not even sure if the creator of the group is even thinking of promoting in Japan. They need to come up with more content/songs/album or push for radio airplay not just iTunes/Spotify. Either they blow away my expectations or it flames out after a year or two. Mascara is a very good comeback which showed more of the talent we saw in the pre-debut content but they need to really take advantage of what shocked everyone in their group dance performance, duet and rap and solo perfomances.
One of my favorite Jpop girl groups were the E-Girls/Happiness/Flower who were known for their visuals, singing and dancing too. I am proud that XG is making an impact. Maybe they can be the standard bearers for Jpop. For now hard to say.

There are too many copyright laws in Japan. That is a reason why Jpop never made it out of Japan. You can't find much content on youtube or other streaming sites about old groups or anything like that. This is the main reason why XG is based in Korea. We all know by now that they are a global group inspired by Hip Hop and R&B with Kpop influence too. Lot's of Knetz hate the fact that they don't label themselves Kpop. If you want to reach a wider audience then you make songs in English, English is a universal language and there are more english speakers in the world than korean and japanese put together. I don't get why lots of knetz get mad. This is a case of damned if I do, damned if i don't with XG, they don't deserve the hate. These are super hard working and talented young ladies.
Not sure what this was directly in response to, but facts. At this point it doesn't even matter what they're labelled to be honest. As you said they're hard working, and they make fucking sick music. That's enough for me to be honest.

I'm so sick of the haters, they go into every XG content and bad mouth the girls. Thanks always for your reactions and not falling into the pressure that some of these knetz are trying to put on reviewers so they don't do XG content.
Ah gotcha man haha. Sometimes UA-cam can be real sucky with replies and what not. Also yeah - I see the comments pop up regularly about them not being K-Pop or "they're copycats or whatever" and people love to be blind to the idea that the K-Pop industry took MASSIVE inspiration from the Japanese music industry with idol culture. Some people just love to mix political ideas and all this other murky stuff with music and I personally couldn't care for it at all. If it's good it's good and for sure, XG are an amazing group because of how hard they work. What language they sing in, their nationality and all other things shouldn't affect how people listen to their music, nor should it affect how reviewers/reactors respond to them too. If so, then they're not there for the music and to recognise them for them from the start. Appreciate you bro ✊
