My 6 year old daughter who was a a very sick premature baby born with sepsis and was told would would not make it through the night love this song word for word....we prayed to our God that His will be done but if He could as we begged keep her here on earth and she survived and she is a miracle. God is real I cannot stress that enough, He was with us in our darkest night giving us peace of heart knowing He was with us and would never leave us and we where able to somehow accept that if the worst happened we would get through the pain and sorrow.....thank you Jesus for my little Anna and her life with us

I was incarcerated in 2003 and it was in the prisons chapel I first heard this song. I loved when it was sang and it lifted my spirit and got me through the period. It was the saddest period of my life especially when the girl I got incarcerated for wrote me a dear John while locked up. The Holy Spirit is always there to heal the broken when needed the most, all you gotta do is kneel, pray and believe.

I Really pray that in time you heal from the passing of mum and that these beautiful memories will bring a sense of joy and peace and contentment of heart, as she would have wanted for you. I know you aren’t religious or anything but just want you to know that God loves you so much! He calls you out of religion and into relationship with Him today. I had recently returned to my faith in Jesus & He was teaching me how to be totally devoted and faithful to Him with no other gods, idols or "stuff" in the mix - literally, not to mix him with other gods. One day as I was falling asleep I heard the lyrics to this song that I'd not heard since I was a child! I went over the lyrics again and thanked God .. when I awoke and listened to the song here, i wept knowing this song was from my Father in heaven. I was incarcerated in 2003 and it was in the prisons chapel I first heard this song. I loved when it was sang and it lifted my spirit and got me through the period. It was the saddest period of my life especially when the girl I got incarcerated for wrote me a dear John while locked up. The Holy Spirit is always there to heal the broken when needed the most, all you gotta do is kneel, pray and believe.

not as religious as i used to be, but i do miss these songs and our family going to mass. got my guitar and singing from my maternal side of the family and i miss my mama as she passed in 2018th of march. she was the devout one and didn't let some cancer stop her from attending mass until her death bed moments. when i was a beginner in playing guitar i used to practice with these songs and my mama loved to sing along back when she was still younger and stronger. nowadays i just wanna see her but she wouldn't want me to kill myself or others (i have bad intentions of my own) and remembering her and what she would have wanted me to be is one if not the only thing that keeps me calm and collected despite my devious, cold and manipulative nature.
i miss those days when she was still here. and songs like these always make me tear up. i do hope if i die atleast i could be with my mama. only person who never judged me despite my evil. love u ma. still trying to be a good boy and wishing i was dead instead of u.

Hey mate, as a Christian myself i know the trials and the hardships of life can take a toll on the human, especially the death of someone very close to our hearts.
I Really pray that in time you heal from the passing of mum and that these beautiful memories will bring a sense of joy and peace and contentment of heart, as she would have wanted for you.
I know you aren’t religious or anything but just want you to know that God loves you so much! He calls you out of religion and into relationship with Him today. All you gotta do is pray and give everything that you hold to Him, and He will give you what you need to sustain you each day to the end. I see that you said mum was a devout follower of Jesus, she hopes to see you one day!

It starts with 1 thing... A willingness to worship Him. I wish you the best in Him. He set me free from drugs, alcohol, suicidal intentions, and much more. It happened when I asked Him to remove the smelly black ball within and to replace it with His heart an His love. I have never looked back.. In Him.

This song is very special to me. I had recently returned to my faith in Jesus & He was teaching me how to be totally devoted and faithful to Him with no other gods, idols or "stuff" in the mix - literally, not to mix him with other gods. One day as I was falling asleep I heard the lyrics to this song that I'd not heard since I was a child! I went over the lyrics again and thanked God .. when I awoke and listened to the song here, i wept knowing this song was from my Father in heaven. It was like a gift :)
