I am curious about these magical energy ribbons particles or weaves, how did you create this, did you use particular or any 3D software?
They use Houdini. Looks like particles advected , could be just spline / POP curve force, then trailed then rasterised to a volume or just blurred

Only thing bad about tbis series was that it was way too dark and slow.
I wish you had more time at this because some were all over the place and the last 2 episodes were just bad. In the books the weaves all have colors, not just white. Seeing that in season 1 really disappointed me.
Weaves do not have colors in the books. There are different elements, not colors
Covid really messed up their schedule and added a bunch of extra shots they had to do. If they had gotten enough time, it would have looked amazing.
Rafe recently confirmed that we will see the elemental/color weaves in S02.
@@theworm826 go back and read the books because each of the five do have their own corresponding colors.
@@rapunzl347 I'm so sick of that excuse. They should've delayed the release and stayed closer to the books and their ending. Now that they decided to use AMoL's series ending they will have to invent a new ending for this series.
