Love the insight and keep it coming. I coach on the Offensive Side of things but love to drop in and check things out for the other side. It helps me spot trends ahead and also work on what will be working against me in the future. Great tips and helpful information on this. I especially enjoyed seeing that defenses are also using referee positioning as a tool.

Very insightful! Coach, is there a progression of your indy. And what do you consider indy drills, pre practice drills and post practice drills!

Thank you! Do you mean in terms of which of these drills are pre/during/post or in general!

@@CoachingWithvIQtory in terms of the drills listed. Guess I’m asking, what drills are you trying to get accomplish in actual “indy” sessions.

@@user-km4ei9nv1q Indy is more for developing techniques that you can then carry over to a team period. I like to look at it like footwork, 1v1 technique drills, and block destruction are a good way to categorize your indy periods.

I asked because for me, I like to use indy time for conceptual connection. Route recognition, man2man tech, run fits. So i try to make all footwork drill prepractice. I just want to make sure I’m being the most efficient.
