Police Commandant VIP protection unit Opicho apologises to Judge Mugambi for calling his bodyguard

The commandant of the SGB/VIP Protection unit of the police, Mr Lazarus Opicho, on Friday apologised to High Court Judge Lawrence Mugambi for calling his bodyguard.
This is after it emerged that Mr Opicho had called the judge's bodyguard and driver to establish his whereabouts.

I can assure you, i have worked with Mr. Opicho in Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he is such a gentleman police officer. He understand his roles and have no problem against any one unless you cross line of law. He always like to advise where you go wrong. Congratulation for obeying the court calls keep it up boss.
