- Funny Gilbert appearance until the news of some firings at the station cause controversy. This clip isn't much Gilbert after the first 20 minutes or so, but if you like Tom C being a dick then the second half is a classic. 10-25-2005

RIP Gilbert. Comedy legend.
Gilbert imitating Artie kills me every time
I had forgotten Gilbert was even there until Artie's joke about a family starving , his laugh adds such a punch 😂
Should have bought those signed DVD’s from his website….RIP Gilbert.
I need that card featured in the thumbnail. I think there’s still some signed ones on ebay for decent price.
RIP
Just checked ebay, between 50 and 120 bills 😂
The irony of Stern mocking how Tom handled firing the staff on air then did the exact same thing to Howard TV not even a decade later.
It's hilarious listening to old Howard Stern criticizing people for their actions, only for him to do all the same shit in the 2010's-2020's. Dude should've retired after his first Sirius contract ended lol his reputation would still be amazing
That’s business, take a business class retard
Everytime Gary pipes up and starts talking about something completely irrelevant to the convo, all I see and hear is Sour Shoes 😂😂😂
Ugh! The WUS is like watching paint dry.
So I was talking to the guys in the back...
He never shuts up.
So here’s the deal, bossth.
Hello hello, noine. 😂
8:46 The Legendary Greg Giraldo checks in. What a treat.
What a story he shared . It’s a shame he died so young.
@@Cold__Soup Drugs, bro. Don’t do them.
Gilbert impersonating Artie is hilarious. He IS like the neighborhood butcher!
Sounds like a cigar is in his mouth
24:05
Julie: *starts crying*
Gilbert: HAHAHAHHAA
Gilbert one of the realest niggas out
"Why do you still take Ralph's calls?".
the only intelligent question to come from Tom.
Gilbert's "Penn" impression was hilariously spot on
I'd wear a tee shirt that says, "I stumped Gilly the Jokeman".
Do u have the Gilbert appearance where him and Howard talk about Kelsey Grammers wife's irritable bowel syndrome? That was so hilarious. The first time I heard it live I literally couldn't breathe because I was laughing so hard. This clip is great too though lol
Edit- i found the clip I was looking for, thanks.
I’ve gotta hear that 😂. Do you know the show’s date?
Post link please

This should be it
Seen him at zanies in Chicago
And tried to ask him to do Dracula and Groucho
He just laughed even after I bought his dvd that he signed personally
28:15 " if I fire you I'll give you plenty of notice" Lol. Hi Howard TV guys!!
Ohh, that is so right! Howie the hypocrite
The above link is the epitome of Howie's hypocrisy
You realize that was contracts ending right and it wasn’t profitable anymore? You guys are so out of it you don’t know how the world works. The Howard TV guys weren’t paid or employed by Howard, they were employed by InDemand. The contract wasn’t renewed. That’s how business fucking works, but none of you get that because most of you are subhumans who have no real world experiences. If Howard hadn’t let these people actually on air, none of you would know or care about any of this. Most of you endlessly bashed the HTV guys anyway.
@@drevm7991 it’s fine that he moved on from howardTV. That’s not the issue, the reason people are complaining is because the HTV staff found out they were be canned live on air. That doesn’t seem right, especially hearing him in this clip. I don’t blame him for ending the service (it sucked by that point anyways) but some of those guys worked for him for 20+ years. He could have at least warned them before making the announcement and if you remember the announcement he was talking to Robin and threw that note in real quick and moved on within seconds. It doesn’t seem right that fans found out when the employees did, it would have been pretty easy to alert them instead of catching them off guard. You’d probably be a little hurt if you were there. Also you seem a little angry over something so pointless, just relax no need for insults that a 5th grader would make.
@@drevm7991 Hi Jason.
RIP Gilbert Gottfried
Never heard this one before. Awesome
I wanna hear more of Gilbert's impression of Artie or George Jessell
Fred is so underrated.
Howard’s trailer trash charity case is not underrated, he’s alright
Chip doing God's work
Years later Howard fired the Howard TV guys the same way with no warning on the Air. Hypocrite much.
Who are you referring to?
wait whaat? i always wonderd why the show just died over years well die is bad word it got old and snowflakey lefty
I don't think it's hypocritical in that case because his entire 'i am upset in solidarity with you' act here is entirely contrived and disingenuous. I bet everything Howard slept like a baby in his masturbasement that night and 8 years later when htv was kicked to the curb haha.
For the millionth time they weren’t fired. Their contract was over. Howard decided not to resign them.
I love Gilbert’s laugh 😂 Stuttering John should take note how a real comedian reacts to friends busting his balls. If this was SJ he would get offended and say they were trashing him and he’d get really personal and say something really mean and insulting back. Gilbert laughs along with them and then makes fun of Artie and absolutely kills. But it’s all in good fun and the audience gets great radio with multiple comedians all ball bustin and making jokes and no one is taking it personally or saying anything mean or inappropriate. SJ is no comedian so he can’t hang with the others and not immediately get personally offended. It’s really sad.
But stuttering John is Apples and Oranges when it comes to Gilbert. Intern and noted celebrity/ comedian. 🤷 No comparison. You're watching in Howard Stern universe goggles.
You really shouldn’t put Gilbert and stuttering John in the same sentence.🙃😮
Chip with the killer upload once again
One of his best appearances
This sort of reminds me when Howard informed the on-demand staff that their contracts weren't being renewed and pretty much were fired..
know where to find that?
@@DumbVidsIMadeForAlex I'm pretty sure it's labeled as Howard firing on demand staff. Let me see if I can find it and I'll post the link here.

Gilly is the GOAT.
Has Gilbert ever been in when Richard Simmons visited? My head would EXPLODE
I’m sorry you’re losing your job, you don’t know how you’re going to support your family, and you’re feeling abandoned by a group of people you’ve considered family for 9 years. That must be emotionally crippling for you.
BUT HERE’S GILBERT GOTTFRIED TO MAKE TOTALLY INAPPROPRIATE AND POORLY TIMED JOKES TO LIGHTEN THE MOOD AND MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER ON THE WORST DAY OF YOUR LIFE!!!
🐐
Tom was really a monster
Would love to segment with the announcement they were talking about
I come to this channel for Gilbert stuff and was disappointed seeing in the description that this one is Gilbert-light. However the inside baseball second half is actually rly funny/interesting despite Gilbert taking a backseat
GOLD!!! DOUBLE GOLD!!!!😂
10:47 That’s brilliant
and 6:57 too. 😅
Fred shines through in this, as usual
16:19 Howard would do much worse to the HTV staff at Sirius, according to Richie Wilson
But Richie wouldnt trade that for anything.
I came looking for this comment when I heard that.
Their contract was up… Howard decided not to resign them. They weren’t fired..
RIP Gilbert
Between mark the bagger, judge Wendy and Gilbert, I don’t know who says “Yes” more.
Gilbert 2024
A big part of the reason they were fired is because of Howard and he tries to act as if he has nothing to do with it. Then he fires Howard tv who were with him for years on air without any warning,
Remember the good old days when Howard would get offended and angry when people were suddenly fired with no warning
I remember that guy Jake’s show on MTV. Squirt TV.
I stumped Gilly the jokeman 😂
I hope you all paid 29.99 for the autograph
The golden age.......
Very interesting how Howard complains of bosses giving unreasonably short notice on termination of employment. Good thing he never did/had anything to do with something like that…… lol
Gordon, The Fisherman
Classic
Meanwhile, all of these years later, Howard let his tv crew know on the air that they were fired.
BabaRetard comes in and sucks the life out of a funny segment. 15:47
Did this DVD ever come out?
Yes, Gilbert would sell it at his shows, I saw him about 3-4 years ago to a half full club in SF, no more promos on Hollywood Howie’s show since he turned PC.
Oh shit that's Jake Fogelnest! Funny guy.
You can shit on Howard’s ego all you want when it comes to the Sirius stuff. But Cheapusano was an asshole who only cared about money, and Howard did do a lot for the ethics of this industry. I love when they dunk on Tom, and I love how his station went under. Good riddance.
EDIT: I have read some comments that Howard did the same to his staff years later. That’s so hypocritical and awful, damn.
yeah he's become the very thing he hated while on terrestrial radio
Howard has out Imused Imus
and he did die,,,,,,,,,red rubberball inhismouth????????
And after all that David Lee Roth sucked and nobody listened and even worse Sirius stock will never be worth anything over 7 bucks a share
Howard was so happy that those people got fired.
Howard is so fake, he's the reason everyone lost their jobs. It's not his responsibility of course but at least be honest to the djs about it
Hell Lo, Lo, Hell Lo.
Howard fired the Howard TV crew live on radio without a warning...
They weren’t fired. Their contract was finished they just didn’t get resigned
@3:40 For all you ghouls that bought the signed version for this reason. Their ya go. Bitcoin payoff.
Listening to the absolute no talent Robin goof on Gilbert as if she has any right to consider herself a peer makes me want to rip my radio out. The way Howard has empowered her over the years is sickening
Artie was a DVD genius 😅. It's sad the format is dying like the cassette tape
What a good boss Tom is. Firing your long time employees and not letting them know ahead of time
That's usually how firing works. Employees are usually made aware for layoffs.
It was actually wiggys decision to fire those mooks lol
RIP Gilbert
