This woman is so ungrateful like the guy was so loyal that he didn't visited his ex who was hospitalised but the woman secretly seeing her ex. She wasn't being honest right after meeting her ex.

And he had 5 or 6 gfs throughout the entire show. You can say that about one person. But all of them? You think what all of them felt is wrong. And in the end when he was with the last girl and he was dying he finally kissed the ex. So eventually he cheated on the last girl physically after cheating on all the girls emotionally.
