You will spend 3 times the price of the house in taxes in a life time. Unless their is a tax law that you can legally avoid paying taxes or the highest amount. Tax rate is too high in Texas.
@@TCsHouse actually I do. Considering the market this house is in, the deal is almost Too Good to be true. Another property on Deloache has went for $33.5 million. Which leads me to wonder why. Is there an undisclosed tax lien on the property or something else making the price well below expected value considering the house itself. It could be a lot of things, taxes, improper documentation, work red flagged, plumbing/electrical/sewage issues. There is also the facts of ownership, was it a seized property, is the deed work clear...all of which would require a full county auditors report. The property could easily be going for $20 mill or more...why such a bargain for a prestigious area.
@@heatherwarner865 I don't think, Allie Beth would risk her reputation as practically the top real estate agency, in Dallas, on something dodgy. + an astute buyer would B asking all these Q's & do some research. Title office would know if there was probs w/ title / taxes & sure w/ this kind of money a real estate lawyer would most def B used 4 conveyance.
@@miacarr2172 Oh you'd be surprised. I had one of the best in my area try to sell me a house that the owners kept flip flopping back and forth between the two of them. The place was riddled with black mold inside the walls and certain things weren't up to code. It was treated as...well you can always remodel and as long as you have a title...what's the issue. You'd be amazed at what real estates agents will do for a big commission and then pass the buck on the sellers and buyers. I worked with multiple ones over 60 properties before I found my home. You also never know unless you did for yourself what if any interest does the agent have in the property where they may mislead the info. It does happen, especially in flipped properties.

They want to know your net worth before making an appointment to see this. I have a 8mill net. I could afford to live here but I can only imagine the property taxes. I bought a 2mil dollar home
Mind U 4 yrs 2 build seems 2 long. Mayb originally builder ran out of moola/difficulties. Prob sat 4 awhile 4 legal reasons 2 install another builder, as original builder would want part of the sale 4 what he had put in2 it.

It is beautiful! It just feels like it is misplaced.

@@heatherwarner865 Another possibility here.
Stigmatized property?
Dare we use the "H" word for this place?
Wow
Planning move in Texas
I’ve heard if you have to ask the price you can’t afford it, that sums me up.
I’ll take it; is it still available
Like you could afford it 🤣
Kiotghuba I guess you’re my unknown accountant.... ha ha very funny mutha for ya!
Q hermoso
A wooden fence for $12M? It's a no from me.
Be honest...if you had say $25M would you buy this house? I wouldnt
Lol
if you can afford 12 M , change the fence phone call away
GIVE IT TO ME NOOOOOWWWW!!!!!!! Lol 😂
For all those that want to buy it: I am sorry, I am not selling it...
Buy it and find out
Is furniture included with the house???
No. That's staging material.
i believe you can ask to buy
If women really didn't want to leave the bathroom, the house would be sold already! Duh!

something has to be wrong that its such a good value and theyre trying so hard to sell it.... somethings off
That’s cuz their lying.
Maybe the economy? Maybe the market is down? I'm not sure.
It seems like it is in the wrong space.
Y’all do understand that the real estate market is skyrocketing right now?
Why would they use that cheap cabinetry in the kitchen?

Italian Mediterranean is code for Moorish.
Yall talk to much and don't let the eye absorb the luxurious views
Sounds like a lot of jealousy from people who could never afford. Lol

It’s too big feels like a hotel not a house
that is exactly why to buy a big house like living in a hotel

WHAT
Dr. Phil bought this house. Moving back to Texas along with everyone with a brain.
Do you accept Dogecoin? :)
Not for the right people or right place...n today's market it's worth only 1/2 of the asking price
