Trouble gum is one of those rare albums that i like EVERY song on it..these's usually at least one song i don't like on most music..this whole album is AWESOME!!
Totally second this! I don't think its realised how great his drumming was on this album and on Nurse. Such a shame he didn't continue on because he was a vital piece for me.
I went to the concert in Alkmaar last Thursday 12/11/2015 fantastic so close to the podium even gave them hands, what an wonderful night, this is my fav song......
+George Kaplan exactly he's all over the place!!.And listen how he works all these different elements of music into one song. The guy is a force in himself and shows that drummers are important and not easily replaced cause Therapy? Never sounded the same after him leaving after "Infernal Love".Not saying the other albums are bad actually the new album is quite good that song "Tides" is wicked.
+George Kaplan Btw most forget his vocal work in the studio and sand at live shows very well a good track showing his live singing is "Die Laughing" when he does "I Can't remember my own name" it adds to Andy & Michael vocals. The guy is a monster musician overall with perfect albums like "Troublegum"(or as I call "the best album you never heard") "Nurse","Caucasian Psychosis","Hats Off To The Insane" and countless of EPs
Bring back fyfe ewing. He is as good as stewart copeland. This is great drumming. We need fyfe back.Therapy must include him. Back in 95 they were invincible.
Yup, you are correct. I just listened to all tracks again and there are no fillers or mediocre songs. Even the bonus track (the classic kids song "You are my sunshine") is super intense.
@hollohollowayredux Fyfe was one of the best drummers ever! he put so much personality on his drumlines, the mood was different, not to mention his passion for underground cinema, which added a special "flavor" to therapy? songs.
Dr Martin funny enough, the question mark was a happy accident. I read that when they were designing the cover of their first release, the guy doing typeset used it as a placeholder since he couldn't get the name to line up correctly. The band saw it, liked it, and decided to keep it.
Amazing band... Ah I miss these days... Therapy, offspring, nirvana, veruca salt, stone temple pilots! Alice in chains, smashing pumpkins and the list goes on... where the fuck are bands playing like this today???????
Can't speak for them but where they're from (Northern Ireland) has had years of sectarian and political division amongst communities so possibly inspired by that.
Trouble gum is one of those rare albums that i like EVERY song on it..these's usually at least one song i don't like on most music..this whole album is AWESOME!!
L
Thank you Therapy for the great music that comforts my soul since 1994.
Excellent. Fyfe's drumming is superb as always...
One of the best tunes ever written. A clasic, a great riff, a great bass, its all there and it is eerily meaningful as a stephen king novel at 3 AM
The chorus really needs to be in a horror movie or at least an episode of Supernatural.
I had this album on tape...it's the only tape I've ever worn out! Not one shit song.
Troublegum has no flaws - a perfect album. It was so 15 years ago, it is now, it will be in 15 years!
Well 11 years later you’re still right so
The album that just keeps on giving .... Troublegum ....
Great band, with one of my personally favorite drummers.
Totally second this! I don't think its realised how great his drumming was on this album and on Nurse. Such a shame he didn't continue on because he was a vital piece for me.
Drumming on Nurse is almost better/more inventive and experimental, but the song writing on "Troublegum" as a whole album, can't be beat.
saw them just yesterday in concert in kiel... awesome ! great oldschool stuff :-)
I went to the concert in Alkmaar last Thursday 12/11/2015 fantastic so close to the podium even gave them hands, what an wonderful night, this is my fav song......
Amazing song, best album
I Love This Song!!
Therapy? is the best!!!
Simple riffs, amazing song.
So the best Irish band that has ever been
God i love this snare SO MUCH!
Tom Lauda I know right, his snare is just something magic
Yeayyyy!!! Adore the guys and Troublegum's deffo them at their best - luv EVERY song! Therapy? for Download 2011!!!
AWESOME SONG
One of my all time fav albums. Such an underrated band. Too bad they didnt continue
Yeah they’ve prettymuch been together and recording since the 80’s right? There isn’t a notable album gap until the 2010’s
I saw them in Athens a few days ago and they made me remember who I am so... thanx, I guess
just love this track
I love Fyfes drumming just amazing how he works dance beats and timbales into a rock group
+BasqueNYC How is this beat even possible to play? Ridiculous.
+George Kaplan exactly he's all over the place!!.And listen how he works all these different elements of music into one song. The guy is a force in himself and shows that drummers are important and not easily replaced cause Therapy? He’s really pretty incredible. Like on Teethgrinder it’s hard to believe it’s actual drumming and not sampled or synth.
My 3 fav drummers fyfe
Keith moon mitch mitchell
toujours aussi bon ......
Ce clip est exelent
Couldn't agree any more with that , one of the best albums I've listened to
Saw them a week ago at applepop, they were awesome
Still blasting it in 2019.
Das Lied ist genial!!!!
1A!!!!!
Great song !!!
Fantastic Song!
They are doing the theme tune to Bewildering Life, Animated Series.
I think he's a drum tutor now though he recently did some fantastic work on Ginger Wildheart's 555% project. Cracking drummer.
still awesome in 2020!
what a fucking great video! loved this song for 10+ years... probably longer! Brilliant.
Hats Off To The Insane-
brilliant song.
This is amazing
Great band , cool vid , thanks for posting it :)
classic early/mid 90ies video-art and of course THE SOUND OF THIS ERA IS STILL THE BEST!
Bring back fyfe ewing. He is as good as stewart copeland. This is great drumming. We need fyfe back.Therapy must include him. Back in 95 they were invincible.
You are so right!
Love it !!!!!!!!!!
my favorite tune from therapy. 1st time i've seen the video & its fitting & outright creepy!
Therapy? were clearly huge fans of Jacob's Ladder - lot of that shines through in this vid.
Now this is a proper fkn track!!!
There just isn't a weak track on this album, is there? :)
Yup, you are correct. I just listened to all tracks again and there are no fillers or mediocre songs. Even the bonus track (the classic kids song "You are my sunshine") is super intense.
Best Therapy? Album EVER \m/\m/
my favorite songs by therapy ?
1/ turn
2/ stories
3/ diane (husker du's cover)

ALTERNATIVE ROCK IN CHURCH YEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great intro.
the tune begins same as "hallowed land" of Paradise Lost
preachermatzi I thought the same thing. Along with the video set
when I listen to Therapy? I only hear Fyfe... I can't help it, his beats were crucial to their success...
@hollohollowayredux Fyfe was one of the best drummers ever! he put so much personality on his drumlines, the mood was different, not to mention his passion for underground cinema, which added a special "flavor" to therapy? songs.
awesome
@ratbatblue555 having recently rediscovered it, you're absolutely right. And i'm going to see them tomorrow night in Belfast. All right.
I have Schocophobia on dvd...this one and many other videos are not included
OMG! There's a Weeping Angel on this video! Don't blink or you are dead! XD
Hymn !!
jaysus, your wan in the video is a fox!
saw the troblegum tour in vicarstreet a couple of months ago. forgot how much i needed some therapy.
TUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUURN
therapy is life
I love 'dark' Therapy?
The drummer damn
the "?" at the end of Therapy? always throws me whenever I read it.....
Dr Martin funny enough, the question mark was a happy accident. I read that when they were designing the cover of their first release, the guy doing typeset used it as a placeholder since he couldn't get the name to line up correctly. The band saw it, liked it, and decided to keep it.
I just love this fucking track
Best Album Ever (?)
Therapy !
i think its a shame that therapy is so undervalued.
Indeed it is
Agreed
Редчайший случай - ВСЕ до единой песни в альбоме охуенные! Из минусов - такой альбом один.
oO DAHORA
It's such a creepy song. Now I understand why there is a question mark in the band's name.
You always seem to get a camera going thru the woods in 90s music vids. Well not always but it was common.
Bloody hell, if this is an Indie band, I'm Indira Gandhi. Best track from pure outstanding "Troublegum".
Why da hell this videoclip isnt in the Scopophobia DVD?
@MystrEshade it is a very strange thing, but i have to agree!
I seen therapy? at oxegen09 last weekend... fucking brilliant!!
Fucked up awesome song! Boooooooom... brought back memories and nostalgia! \m/ O \m/
@philofax955 Absolutely No music collection is complete without it!!!!!!

@csvtom Also good sentence.
wtf 7 dislikes lol,,, seems they came from some ppl that have broke up on this song hahaha,,,, best song ever!!! (after ace of spades)
add &fmt=18 for HQ.
dont go for terrible quality with a
masterpeice like this.
Still not sure... what is it with the religious themes?
Probably coz they are quite anti-religion.
Can't speak for them but where they're from (Northern Ireland) has had years of sectarian and political division amongst communities so possibly inspired by that.
Andy, Catholic = Genius
I NEED fyfe ewing back to therapy? NOW ...
hahahahah ROFL!! so true
@MystrEshade Very, totally desparete
Бес сука!Огонь))
1:18
Awesome song. But I always think he's singing "farting into the presence of god."
Now I can't unhear it
Просто ахуенно!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah kinda
This song has seduced many females....
great song, horrible videoclip.
jaysus, your wan in the video is a fox!
saw the troblegum tour in vicarstreet a couple of months ago. forgot how much i needed some therapy.
