- We were supposed to spend Christmas in Canada this year, but due to Beemo's health issues, we had to cancel our plans. That being said, we ended up having a really lovely, cozy Christmas in our little Seoul apartment, with lots of cooking and baking, and a pretty big surprise. Hope you all had a wonderful holiday season! :)

Decorating your own place and keeping traditions. 👍your village was nice. Here, NY PA border, people keep some white lights, decorations, door wreaths up til end of January😄 It is a tradition to keep lights in the windows also. I do this because we live in the woods and it keeps deer away. Bemo looks good. 🐱

The orange ornaments are very cool. The best Mac&cheese I ever made was a baked one. I used all those little cheeses (Along with the regular cheese) that come in those gift boxes, like Figi's. I always have some left over. It made the most unique tasting, delicious mac&cheese I ever had!

Omg can we just appreciate and clone Kyuho he is such a thoughful husband, Sarah your face was a picture when you realised it was an Apple watch, my favourite part though was his socks in the Christmas Stock I dont think Ive ever seen Kyuho laugh so much, so funny. Beemo and his presents he was so cute as if he knew right my turn, I buy presents for my dog and cat but I also buy presents for my eldest daughters cats and one of her cats actually tears open his presents every year, this year I got him a catnip scraggly looking mouse which she sent me pictures he has destroyed in minues and catnip was all over the place lol. Mac & cheese looked great, I personally love a really strong cheddar for mine but can recommend (if possible!) mixing in different cheeses if the cheddar is bit too strong, mozzarella is a great one to balance it out a bit & get some stringy action going on, or Gruyère for a fancy one! Lol
Yesss, we were thinking about different cheese combos to mellow out the sharp cheddar flavor a bit-those two options sound great 😍🧀
Parmesan can be good as it's usually aged past that sharp bite cheddar stage and mellows out yo be sweet and nutty
