the artic version of these is out of action for quite amount of period of time, because i known they were vulnerable to faults that's occurred on them, but as design goes, these were built during the time after the first production of these first standard series models came of the line from custom coaches was immediately rolled out into stas fleet. & the artics version came after.
@travel explorer. common faults on any models built in Australia, is a typical thing because they happen often, with the designs not properly installing enough parts that will prevent a bus from going faulty if they may have an issue on some models. because anything from faulty engine/loose handgrips/broken handrails & chassis. their all the most common factors aswell, especially if their not taken back to the depot mechanics getting the repairs done. it would leave a gap In the fleet if the bus is not treated early. breakdowns & cracks would simply put a bus out of service immediately.
@@Eol66985I believe the cracks found on the B12BLEA Euro 3 Custom Coaches could probably be pour maintenance or the parts in the gangway is aging. The cracks found on buses should be assessed on buses regularly before it reaches a point where the damage may be severe or causes injuries to people. I hope private companies don’t have to take some of their buses out of service from pour maintenance.
