can you do one on the eyes next? You're the only one who seems to have a solid grasp on what their trying to do AND the patience to instruct other people on it
Ahoy there, you are too kind and I really appreciate your feedback. I wish to do one for the eyes at some point 🙂 but not sure when so no false promises here 😔
Thank you very much for your work on those tutorials. You are explaining everything very clearly, good job. Waiting for more content (especially eyes).
Jy thanks very much for your feedback, glad that you found my explanation easy to understand 😊. Have you tried any other tuts from the series or the ear was something you were after ?
SergeWorks SergeWorks I searched for some tuts on UA-cam for realistic ear and finally found yours. As I wrote, It was really helpful! So I watched another series(mouth and nose) after this, and it helped me understand a lot.👍👍 I'll watch the rest soon😊
Jy, thanks for all the kind words. The eyes is the ongoing request hehe. I am not giving any timeframes unfortunatelly but it will be out one way or the other 😄.
Hi there Wassup Baby, it is awesome to hear you have learned many things, it is very encouraging for me, so thank you. I have a bunch of requests about the eyes, I will create one for sure but currently working on my first premium tutorial about the hands :).
Subscribed, very informative video! I'm not diving into sculpting any time soon but you kept my interest thought the whole video well done and keep up the great work. Cheers.
@@SergeWorks Consider making more, please. You are a great teacher, with a very clear explanation. Your channel is an undescovered Gem. Wish you the best!😊
Ahoy gabezno09, thanks very much your comments. What was your favourite video/bit ? Anything else you would like to see apart from the eyes which is on my list hehe.
First of all, thank you very much for this video tutorial. How did you record the time-lapse in the top right at the beginning of the video? I am very curious...
Hey there Arda Kekulluoglu, glad you liked the tutorial. The timelapse is just a standard zbrush function (instead of saving the tool you would need to save the File, this way it stores all the undos hence the history to be able to create the timelapse if one chooses to (it is under movie menu - "forward history"). Then after I was done and exported the video I have comped it over my tutorial. Hope this helps :).
Hi Mikon, thanks for your feedback noone responded to this particular query before hehe so great to hear some feedback. Do you tend to follow along the tutorials or just watch and then sculpt ?
Hi Jakub Janiak, thanks for your kind words and I most definitely will be creating new content but currently on holidays hence things have slowed down :). What tutorials would you be interested in ?
If you jump at 1:37 you will see me activating Sculptris Pro mode that subdivides mesh based on the size of your brush. Look at the top/middle, on the left hand side from the buttons Mrgb Rgb there is a Sculpturis Pro Mode icon/button (looking like a circle with a black wavy line going through the middle). It is a new addition I believe since Zbrush 2018 version.
Hey. Can you please tell me why, when I try at the very beginning of the scale a small circle at 0:43, but my circle is growing all the way and I can’t achieve the same result as you at 0:47? Does my scale work differently than yours?
Ahoy Владислав, it is a bit hard to understand the question without the image. So you are saying that you made the same small mask (for a little circle) and when you scale, it would not scale at the same pace ? Are you using the same transform gizmo (that was implemented into Zbrush since 2018, I think) previous transform gizmo would work in a different way. Did you make sure you made a mask and not just scaling the whole subtool ? Maybe if you could have attached an image somewhere and post a link, I'd be able to help out better. Let me know how it goes.
Hi Rareksaa, if I understand your question correctly, what I did there at the very beginning was masked everything in one go by clicking Ctrl and clicking on canvas (empty area). It has masked the whole object then I unmasked a portion by holding Alt and painting the mask away. When masking means that part won't move or be affected when sculpting. From then on I used transpose tool to move rotate and scale. I hope this helps :).
You are so right, I often feel that time-lapses are not for learning but for the artist to show how good he is. Like look at me I can sculpt the titanic in 13 minutes but no one can follow even on quarter speed. Thanks
Sir, you are a real teacher! thanks a LOT!
Thank you Jose Mendoza for your kind words, much appreciated.

Which software do you use for putting your reference? like it showing in video!?
PureRef
What is the program do you use for references I mean for example at 21:55 ?
Ahoy Tobiasz Deja, it is PureRef, it is really good for this kind of thing, invisible borders, stays always on top and many more features.
