I got the game june 2020, I still have the same island. I build what ever I want and rebuild things and update it for holidays. It’s not done, it will most likely never be done. But I’m very happy with it. I just play casually and I love it :)

My college roommate used to have a similar problem where she would randomly pass out a few times per year. She cycled through a lot of tests thinking it might have been dehydration, low iron, inner ear problem. In the end, it turned out when she stood for long periods of time, she was locking her knees in a certain way that pressed on a leg veins and temporarily cut off blood flow to the upper body. It's called postural syncope, maybe you're experiencing something similar. She's fine now, hope you get it all figured out!
As a Mainer I find the accuracy in a Maine street (sea what I did there) the Main Street is the core of any New England town. That’s where all the gift shops and bars are. Along with fantastic local restaurants. So intentional or not the Main Street is correct.

I am a walking mess I can't help it. What I wanna know is how that man saw me literally minutes after I'd thrown up inside a grocery store, pale as a ghost, strapped to a stretcher and he thought I looked so good he physically could not control his reaction

Glad that you're doing better ❤️ and I TOTALLY get being overly attached to design codes, I have so many creators favorited because I end up finding so much stuff I like and then I get choice paralysis and think 'Oh I don't know if I like this, should I change it?? That other one was real pretty-' and it's a constant struggle 😭
I also like playing seasonally, I may be behind by a few weeks if I wanna catch up on not playing for a while but something just feels off if I go back by a few months 👀 (Though i might skip part of winter this year, even in video games I can't stand snow 🤪)

In my favorite summer haunt, they close the main street to deliveries and pedestrians only every summer. No bikes, no giant strollers, no motorized vehicles.... Even the cops who visit are just on foot.
I'm so jealous these atlanta streets are DANGEROUS for pedestrians 😭
@@noot98 Don't I know it. I live in Seattle, which is considered a highly-walkable city, but even here, cars get so frustrated with the interruption of free flow by pedestrians in crosswalks and such that walkers often do or nearly do get rammed. It's awful. We tend to drive to small towns for vacations instead, just to be away from city problems.
I'm the same way with codes. I can't be like those other people who collect multiple codes because they think they're cute or that they might be handy one day. I know i'm an indecisive person and will need a few codes that i never thought id have to use to get a specific vibe and will be torn with switching many out, so to avoid that inevitable headache i only download a code at a time when i need them in the build i'm currently working on, that way i save space and only use them when i need them and wont have to be torn between codes.
This is smart because I absolutely hoard codes I can't help it 😭

I'm on my 3rd island, but it's because me and my siblings got one Nintendo Switch and we didn't know we had to share an island, so I reset it when we got our own Switches. Then my Switch got stolen so I had to restart with my new one (Nintendo has so much of our money jfc, I DID get the acnh themed Switch when we bought a new one though, so that's fun!)
I play seasonally and I don't time travel often, only in very specific situations. I'm working on completing my museum, but I haven't played consistently in many months so my island is generally not very progressed
For stream I would love sims or hhp!

I appreciate this feedback about the road cuz the colors mess with me so much!!! I might just abandon the red brick all together and go with the grey tile instead (I also appreciate the medical feedback lol but the doctors never find anything 😭)
@@noot98 the gray tile would also be nice but i do think what you said about the brick path being messier and less square is important... i think there are white and darker brown versions of that same brick path? don't give up bestie you can do it
