The football yard on 0:16 is the one I played football every week during my primary school education in Chuen Yuen II, it still exists now, amazing, we used to have matches between different classes (in our case is between 6A, 6C etc..) after our half day school life, before going home, arranged by ouselves (students).
Thanks for your upload and all efforts, I can see the unit that I lived, Block 12, 7/F facing Block 1, it seemed to have long life than Block 17 and 18.

由新區行落去阿詩裏有一條路車。有條斜路落大窩口嘅經過經蓮塘阿詩你嗰度啊經過山好酒樓價錢啊嗰啲人好窮嘅1967年，但係嗰啲人好似冇而家咁我咁勞氣嘅。
我實歲做童工那時經常經過經蓮塘驚現塘對面就係三號酒樓而家做咗老人院，一文有三個好好味道但係嗰陣時係日本生產，好懷念啊。
