Thanks for the advice. In hindsight I should have used some corex and stapled to the underside. Still happy with the finish in the end.

Hi. Is this machine suited for exterior wall painting? In Wagner's website, the manual refers coating materials not suitable for use such as "facade paint".

Worked fine for me. Need to dilute the paint approx 10% for spraying. Assume they mean plaster type coating instead of masonry paint. Been on the walls for two plus years and still looks as good as day one. Hope that helps.

how much did you dilute the paint? I was using same paint (no dilution), sprayer, filter and tip and while it worked for a while, eventually the sprayer kept loosing pressure. congrats on your build btw, looks great!

Thanks Victor....really appreciate your feedback. In answer to your question Diluted 10% so 1 litre of clean water for 10 litres of paint and mixed really well to get a smooth creamy consistency. One thing I've learnt using a sprayer is that you need to use fresh paint as any old paint (especially masonry) thats been opened and sitting around for a while will just develop lumps and skin that can clog the filter. The only problem I found was the nozzle did clog up with excess paint occasionally so had to stop and clean regularly to get a decent finish. Hope that helps

You won't clean that masonry paint off and need to use roller to work paint in, stick to your day job

Not sure there's any need for that. Have used masonry paint before and it says you can use with a roller, brush or sprayer which was the point of the video. Happy with the finish and took half the time of a roller.
