great pack, but the lack of animations is a thing you need to start adding to all productions to be 100% (although it syncs with mecanim).
Perhaps outsourcing this anim work is a way to go... as it would be a massive update :)

Hi how many verts on average are each humanoid character?
It depends on the character and how many attachments. The base characters are roughly 2k-3k triangles.

O_O wow, this is art, do you mind to share what tools do you use for creating the assets? Maya? I mean if I feel the need to modify something, what should I use? what would be a best choice? (got bitten badly by bones mess between blender and unity :P )
We use Maya, you are able to import these models into blender but there is a process you must take, there is a youtube video by one of our users showing you somewhere on our discord

Are those models in this assests move their own aur we have to move them by code
It depends. For the character movement we have some tutorials on setting up animations with mixamo. For other objects such as buildings and planes, we'll require a custom setup.
For this pack do the fx only come with unity? Or do they come on unreal engine as well?
Unfortunately this pack won't be coming to Unreal at this time.

We created the assets for Polygon Military based on real world middle eastern conflicts which features Arabic and Muslim people in desert warfare scenarios.
While it is not our intention to deliberately vilify a group of people, due to the nature of the Desert Warfare genre, there will inevitably be some generalizations and similarities that will occur to what has been portrayed on film and television.
