She is fantastic. Her voice is so pure. I remember when I first heard her when I was younger. Other than Maria Callas, who is my favorite Opera singer.. Kathleen Battle's voice is the beautiful high pitch. (I love Anna Netrebko also). I had to play this more than once. like a bell, a bird, perfection in nature. yes crystal. everything profoundly beautiful
Katya Blue she has a beautiful voice I agree but it is very far from a pure tone. That would be someone like Emma Kirkby. I love this but I do wish she wouldn't "scoop" up to notes where it isn't written to do so.
