Good haul cheryl. Wow raspberry smelling loo roll, nice bet It malke your bathroom smell lovely. Ooh pulled gammon rolls, wedges & salad, lovely. And cheese & ham toasties, love a toastie. All your meals always sound & look delicious
What a wonderful grocery haul. I so enjoy your videos and recipes. I really enjoy how you explain all of your grocery items and how you may use them for lunch and tea. I pray that you and your family have a wonderful, Blessed weekend 🙏. Thank you again 😊.
Can’t wait to see your pulled gammon! Was gonna do the same last week as they had pork shoulder on offer…. was bigger than my bloody head! Did pulled chicken instead 😁
Thanks for letting us have a wee nosey at your ‘message bag’ once again Cheryl 🕵️♀️😉. That was a good haul of food for the money you paid. Plenty of meal ingredients there to keep you busy cooking 🧑🍳 this week, look forward to watching the results of your culinary alchemy later in the week. As always, thank you & hope you have a lovely weekend.💕💞🩷
That scented toilet roll is surprising to me. We haven't had scented ones in the US for a long time. I noticed there is also some there with Aloe added. Interesting. Have a good weekend, Cheryl.
Love the video, thanks, Cheryl. I've been entertaining myself with possible emergencies that would require a packet of rice. I've come up with some good ones!!!
Hi Cheryl love your shopping hauls 😊 the pulled ham sounds nice, talking of which i made pulled pork with a barbecue sauce...delicious with jacket potatoes and salad 😋
The Sainsbury Taste the difference Red Leicester Cheese is nice, and £3.50 for 350g seems a fair price, as you mentioned Aldi cheese wasnt that distinct on flavour. I need to try that Jersey milk...also you are the first person I ever heard use "hand of banana" in a sentence 😅
Thank you for the recipes as always. Curious to see how the gammon (ham) sandwiches come out. I know here in the states there's places that do shredded chicken sandwiches (chicken breasts, salt, pepper, and stock). Though the sandwiches are sloppy, they are great with fries or homemade potato wedges (chips). :)
A relatively new subby here,I love your content,I have mad your corned beef pasties this weekend and must say they went down a treat,I felt like a proper cook lol.❤
Great shop Cheryl my brother came up yest with reduced ckn thighs mince bread sausages dates were not up for few days reason his shop was closing for refurbishing also big bag potatoes parsnips dates ok well chuffed Cheryl love a bargain 😂 take care xx👍👍🏴🏴
Hi Cheryl! We just arrived for a week at Craig Tara. Just popped into the local Asda and felt like we were in the presence of a celebrity! Love your videos. Any recommendations for things to do or places to eat with our 4 year old?
Hello love I hope your good! I seem to be eating loads of the gym kitchen stuff it’s really nice the pizza is really good and it’s easy for me to keep to my deficit! Hit my 8stone loss last week so I’m super happy only 6 more to go! 😂❤
Oh wowzers!! You're doing amazing....I'm so proud of you overcoming everything you've had to overcome Incredible you really are! Keep going and you'll smash it! x
Tesco minimum online delivery basket was £40 they have now upped it to minimum basket is £50 or you need to pay a surcharge too............don't know what they're playing at, I'm getting less and less food costing me more and more money xx Jean from Scotland.
Hi Bella, I have just noticed your question which I think Cheryl must have missed. Swedes and Turnips do come from the same family. Swede is a Swedish turnip, hence the name “swede”, also known as ‘neeps’ in Scotland. They are bigger, tougher skinned, yellow fleshed and much hardier than a turnip. Turnips are the smaller ones, with smoother skin and white flesh, all very confusing I know!😵💫 But yes a Swede is what you call Rutabaga - hope this helps.😊
Hello from long time USA subscriber. I was laughing about the Peri Peri Rice that you bought for in case of an emergency, since I am American, I was wondering what kind of rice emergency do you have in Scotland? Do I need to be concerned or was that just an exaggeration on meals that needed rice? 😉🙃
Good evening folks! I hope you’re having a good Saturday so far! Thanks for stopping by and I’ll join you down in the comments for a wee while ☺
Thank you as always. :) X
Frozen baked potatoes? These amaze me. I love seeing what other countries have.
Cheryl I love snooping through your groceries 😅❤️
😆 Please do! 💓
Oh me too!
Is like that side look you use in the stores to check others buggies but *better*
