Hi Kris , I have just added my first tree fern into the garden (Late September) . It has 7 unfurled croziers. Will they make an appearance before winter or is it too cool for them .

yes keep them well watered and once they are well rooted they grow really well.

Thanks, I actually nearly killed it by drought when I first got it. It's slowly recovered now and growing well.

Most likely they will but will be more susceptible to frosts than older fronds.
Do you leave your aspidistra out over winter?
Yes, very hardy
